location is excellent. Hotel is very well maintained and decor is excellent taste. Room amenities is modern and up to date.

Staff and location

For the price paid for 3 nights we would have expected the hotel to provide complimentary breakfast or free access to the mini bar or a airport drop off.

absolutely central location! 5 minutes to the Louvre. 20 minutes to other attractions. Safe area. Nice room, upscale facilities, and friendly and professional staff.

A little small but understandable given its central location.

Quality and well appointed room. Loved the balcony, Japanese toilet, warmed towels, macaroons, comfortable bed just a great stay all around

Staff was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, informative, attentive. Rooms were very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and functional. Bars, restaurants, transportation just steps away.

The hotel was under renovation so the staff moved us to the Best Western Ellsya. The new location was wonderful! The staff and location were great! Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet!

The location was perfect. A few minute walk to all the shops and with in a 10 minute walk to the Lovre and Notre Dame.

The front door was not secured after hours, which made we feel a bit unsafe.

The attention of the hotel staff was exceptional, they helped us with all our needs and went above our expectations

This hotel is amazing. From the outside it is clean, understated and chic. The staff were extra helpful, and multilingual. The room was big by Paris Standards. Close to Pont Neuf Metro and Chatelet Metro. Samaritaine department store is right next door, as is Zara, Uniqlo, pharmacies, brasseries.

Location was great and staff is polite/warm.

The price was on the higher end and the rooms are small but expected for Paris.

Spotlessly clean, incredible location, and the best staff we’ve ever interacted with. Flavia and Camille were the friendliest and most helpful people we’ve ever encountered in a hotel. We can’t wait to go back there! They made our trip so delightful!

Perfect location and wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Easy access to the wonderful attractions of Paris and to Metro for other sightseeing adventures. The room was quiet, clean and nice size.

It’s a small hotel so wider facilities are limited.

Loved the size of the room and how clean it was. I liked the location of the hotel...easy to access multiple subway and bus lines. Also easy to walk to some top sites in the city! Also the staff were always so helpful!

I enjoyed everything about my stay!

Great location, very centrally located, easy to walk everywhere or get the metro. Service was great and they made us feel very welcome with our doggie!

Rooms were compact, but to be expected for central Paris at that price point.
