Staff crew was excellent. All were very helpful and polite, hotel employee was specially attentive and very efficient. Neighborhood is a little noisy

Its location. One of the best in the area.

Two things mainly: even turning off the heat, it was too hot in the room; wifi worked badly from the room. The staff tried to solve the problem, but it must be the location of the room.

Around the corner from Gare Du Nord station. Clean but tiny room (this was expected being in such location). Staff was responsive when we requested for a change of room due to noise from next door having party till 2am. We were given a different room.

The lower room didn't have enough sound proofing. so noise from party next door was very bad. we were given new room the next day.

Location, room cleanliness and staff are so nice. Overall it Was a great experience.

Hotel elevator is so congested and we can hardly move with our lauguage. It's definitely they need to improve

It is excellent location ! Just one Block from the Nord gate station ! The staff is very professional and friendly ! It is like a 5 start service and the cleaning of the room ! The bed is very comfortable !

Only the lifting or elevation is super small ! Only one person with suite can fit ! If you have cllose tofovia ! Take the scalator

Room may have had moisture issues would recommend maybe providing a fan for bathroom or cleaning mildew from grout in shower.

What a perfect place to stay near the Gare du Nord and have easy access to the city and the airport. The price is right--almost too good to believe it's worth staying. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. The place has a good feel overall.

It's a little weird that they make you leave you key at the front desk when you leave the hotel. Everything else was perfect.

Near the north train station, but didn't feel safe nearby and a lot of noise at night from bars and restaurants. Rooms are extremely small.

The location being so close to the train station was perfect when arriving late from the Eurostar. The room was clean and the staff were helpful.

The bathroom becomes very wet when attempting to shower and the water would occasionally get incredibly hot. The noise from the bars outside was quite loud but settles down later into the night.

Great location for travellers at Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Have tried several hotels in this area and this is the best so far. Well fitted, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent access to the stations

The lift is small. BUT there is one and it works!

The rooms were well presented and clean. The beds was comfortable, and the breakfast (extra) was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel lift - it can only take 3 persons at a time, which is insufficient for a family travelling with luggage.
