Loved this hotel, clean, amazing customer service. The little things such as water and chocolates go a long way. My favorite Parisian hotel!

The shower did not get hot. The bed was uneven.

The most powerful signature of the hotel is welcoming with Mayowa. He is doing his job with big passion and he transmits his positive energy to everyone. His body language, tone of his voice, body gestures and his human touch makes a singular bond with each client.On my daughter’s birthday he sang a song in order to celebrate and made us cheerfull.The fresh flowers on the lobby is so beautiful and makes the ambience good

There was a lot of dust in our room, we were staying number 401, the carpet was so dusty and our eyes got super allergic.We started medication in order to recover from allergies.On 17th January we had breaksfast at the hotel, it was a busy period in the morning and the waiter was having difficulties to provide service to each client.We finished our breakfast and then had a chance to have our coffee.

The lobby and the personnel that works there

Its a small hotel with small rooms, bad lighting and my credit card and info was hacked and over charged an extra€118 “city tax” at the check out when i already paid in advance the hotel and they took 150 from the deposit which i never spend cause i didnt felt comfortable with anything there… but the cleaning lady and service was wonderful every day and kept the room clean! I didnt took photos cause i didnt like my room haha

Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for restaurants or places to visits. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower

Safe and comfortable stay in heart of paris.Very near to Eiffel tower.Specially staff was very very helpful.

Everything was perfect but few toiletries were missing.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants and to lovely Rue Cler with its wonderful farmers market shops. A little farther walk to the Eiffel Tower but very doable.

Breakfast buffet doesn’t have a good selection of items.

Very well located. Right in the heart of everything and just a few blocks from the Tour Eiffel. Beautiful.

Chic little hotel in the 7 Arr. Staff was welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Room was so comfy and clean. Elegant little bar in lobby. Location was great with Eiffel Tower views and great restaurants and boulangerie nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

The bathtub had very tall sides. Small thing.

The staff at reception were helpful and friendly. Just outside the door people were lining up day and night to take iconic photos down a narrow lane toward the Eiffel Tower. One nice touch: there are three tables on the sidewalk available to guests who want to sit and enjoy the cafe experience but without the cafe expense (you can bring your own food or drink if you'd like, as we did).

We would have ordered more drinks in the lobby bar if the bartender was there more often during happy hour! When he was there, he was very friendly, however. And when we needed to open a bottle of wine or get some glasses, reception was always there to help.

The staff was very very friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, shops, and restaurants. The room was comfortable and we were right on the street but heard very little street noise.

I think you owe me a refund .. because you did not only descrimate and belittle my person ... staff were untrue and trying to make believe a situation .. kept me in a room for 2days with the air-conditioning not working.

They keep manipulating the situation and never owned up to their mistake I need a refund

Location is absolutely perfect. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was decent size for a family.

The breakfast buffet was nice. The location was excellent and the staff was amazing. I wish I could see the eiffel tower from the room but that was not the hotel's fault. The stay was great and I would love to stay there again in the future.

I liked everything. There was nothing bad about the hotel.
