Hôtel Horset Opéra, Best Western Premier Collection

Lovely staff and close to everything

Small room but not unusual for Paris

Location mainly

Staff below average . Rooms very dark and not 4 stars at all . Price for the stars and service considered way overpriced.

Wonderful accommodating staff. The only downside was an electrical issue on the main grid outside of the hotels control. They made every effort to accommodate. Great European breakfast. Location only a block from the Opera . Great boutique hotel

Originally just a bit hard to find as outside signage is obscure

All the staff at the front desk was so helpful. I also loved Balthazar the cat who lived there. :) excellent location and amazing hotel

The cat at reception and location. Staff was friendly.

Not 4 star level as advertised.

Very good location, we walked to the Louvre everyday, just take about 10 min. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Really small room, cramped.

Wonderful hotel with the nicest people! Great area with 15 walk to the opera garnier and louvre

Nothing bad!

Only location

Everything else. Tiny rooms. Dated.

Lovely, classically French boutique hotel, clean, well-appointed (smallish, but typical size for European hotels) room, friendly, helpful staff,  Highly recommended!

No negatives!

Staff member  was welcoming and helpful.

The staff are friendly and the location is good. We satisfied everything.

The location is perfect.

The room was quite small, with only a sliding door to the bathroom/shower.

Location, front desk availability and friendly

It was easily accessible, great location, very accommodating to the guests, they spoke perfect English, they went out of their way to make us feel very comfortable, I highly recommend this hotel! The staff was exceptional! The front desk was wonderful and so helpful especially Sandra and Elena!!! The men were great too. I just don’t remember their names if I return to Paris I would definitely stay there again.!!!

Location - accessible to the places I need yo go to. My family appreciated the big reception area, giving us an extra space to hung out. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

no problems encountered except to please give us 2 bottles of water for refill

2 bottles of water for refill and my request of extra pillows before we checked in. They tried to discourage my request of pillows

The staff and location

Was really good, just noise between rooms was not

Location

Room size and clean

Very good location near the Opera and the underground subway stop. Easy walking distance to the Louvre and numerous restaurants. The room decor was beautful and the amenities were great (heated towel rack, toiletries upon request, coffee maker, and delicious macaroons)

The room was very small and there were no drawers or bureaus, although there was a small closet. So, we had to keep everything in our suitcases and leave one on the floor and one on the luggage rack (which was too small to hold an open suitcase) so we could barely open the door. But, this is common in older hotels in Europe so it did not detract from our stay.

Great location

Had a problem with air conditioning, not working, but front desk promptly address this, allowing me to move
