We have face cloths in the bathroom for washing, you didn¿t have them. We thought that was different. It all worked out in the end.

Large, clean rooms. Quiet property in good/safe area of Paris. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The a/c had been turned off for the winter season -- I would prefer to have had the option to use the a/c rather than opening window.

Took almost an hour to check in.

Minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Close to Metro, shops and Parisian Restaurants. Nice bathroom. Quiet neighborhood.

It had a lovely view. It was clean and rather spacious room. Very close to the Arc De Triumph and the metro.

The elevator was tiny so if you're claustrophobic not great. They were doing constructions on most of the floors which they started at 9am. The staff didn't always offer a lot of help on recommendations on where to go. They didn't provide a bar of soap.

Poor service, really bad manager, not 4 star hotel, gave us a room with a clogged bathtub, the room smelled horrible,we called customer service to complain and the hotel manager lied to customer service by saying he had offered a suite and he never did!

This hotel was in a great location (near the Eiffel tower and the Arc de Triomphe. And the staff was great. He helped my fiancee and I plan out much of our touring and gave us local tips of things to do.

Our room was a bit small, but other than that it was great.

Very small rooms and toilets

Location, decor, heating. Bathrooms were spacious and well appointed and we received a balcony as requested.

The rooms were a bit small and lifts as well…slow.

Was robbed by the staff

3000 euros were stolen from my safe. While there,it refused to open twice. I did not think anything of it at the moment, just called maintenance who forced it open with their key, claiming the batteries were dead. As I was counting the money I still had right before leaving, I noticed I was missing a few bills 200, 100 and 50 euros. I had to catch my flight so I left and called them as soon as I arrived home, requesting they investigate. The assistant manager laughed at me and only promised to check when I told her my next call was to the police. I followed up with an email, which she only answered 48 hours later promising to get back to me. I still have not heard back. The matter is not being investigated by the local police and through interpol

The decor so elegant ,beds were comfortable . The only thing is maybe they can upgrade to at least one USB outlet I loved the TV in Mirror

I have no negative reviews . People should be aware that there well be another city charge once checking out and deposit fee taken at time of check in.

We had only one Card to enter the room for both of us .This Card is also used for Electricity in the room so if one of the partners wanted to go outside ( to smoke for example) and the other partner stayed in the room he didnt have a chance when he return to use the Elevator which is due to Security issues doesnt work without the room card

The breakfast was fresh. Only managed to eat breakfast once at the property during my stay and it was good!

The bathtub was too high to climb in and out. Especially for my mother who has limited mobility.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. The staff was helpful and polite throughout my stay. The fitness center is small, but the complimentary steam room is a very nice perk. I also appreciated the free tea and the water bottle in the room, which was replaced daily.

There is a lot of room for improvement regarding breakfast. On Saturday, the breakfast area was extremely crowded and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Hot items like eggs and bacon were not replenished consistently, so guests had to ask for them. The coffee quality was also disappointing.Regarding the room, the bathroom felt a bit outdated, although I did appreciate having a bathtub.

Really nice hotel in a great location! The room was larger than the usual Paris hotels, nicely decorated, and the staff was very helpful
