room was supper small with a small window to a blocked area , no street or courtyard view but for the price and location it was a good expereience.

Modernized gold rush era building

Room was next to roof where amorous wood pigeons woke us at 5 am. Most importantly, the restaurant was closed because it was mid week. Most other good restaurants were also closed.

Hotel Cleaness

At the time of Booking it was indicated all taxes and charges were included. Hotel charges ne additional taxes. Also breakfast was not included although the booking indicated that.

Staff was very kind and helpful, the room was very spacious and clean.This is my preferred Hotel for the past 10 years I will always book here

We had such a lovely stay. The staff were all very helpful and friendly from helping with luggage, heating baby bottles, advice on restaurants. They could not be more attentive and we really appreciated their hospitality. The hotel is superbly located, lovely coffee and croissant place opposite and a supermarket 2 mins walk. The shopping area is superb and the Eiffel Tower a 20 mins walk. We would definitely stay here again, it is very clean and modern and I want to say Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Rooms a little snug but that’s quite normal for Paris

•I did not have breakfast at the property at all on any day.•Despite this, at check-out the reception staff falsely claimed that I had breakfast and tried to charge me for it.•My cash deposit was also not refunded voluntarily; it was given back only after my explicit insistence.

The only thing that was good was the location.

My room was extremely dirty and outdated. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unpleasant, and honestly, nothing about this hotel felt comfortable or well-maintained. The only thing that was okay was the location — and even that was inconvenient because it wasn’t directly accessible from the main street. Inside the hotel, the walkway was full of dirt and mud, making it very difficult to even roll a suitcase properly. With cars constantly passing on the street, getting in and out was stressful as well. I truly regret choosing this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

rooms were smaller than an American bathroom. by far the smallest rooms I've stayed in. for the price I don't think it is a great deal. there was not enough space to open the suitcases.

Only thr location

Room size is very small , noisy : you can hear all rooms and street, no Shataf , no employee to help you with luggage , lift is too small

There is construction on the road in front of the hotel and the hotel is undergoing renovation work for the rooms. I asked the staff for quiet room and both options either lay by the road or in the upper floor. So I chose the upper floor then I discovered there is a room under construction in the same floor! I couldn’t rest and the staff told me it will all be stopped at 5pm!I wasn’t tried and not plan to stay in the room but the knocking made me go to the cafe and the construction can be heard till there inside the cafe opposite to the hotelIn short, I checked out after 5 as the workers were still in the floor and having their music on. I didn’t get a refund and I don’t advise this hotel for someone who wants to rest in the morning. I think the evening is fine

We spent four nights at this hotel as part of a three week European vacation. Rented two rooms. The location of the hotel is outstanding. It's just steps from the Roosevelt metro stop on Champs-Élysées. We were able to take the train from CDG to the hotel, and then from the hotel to Gare du Nord. Got the Paris Visite Pass, and rode the metro all over Paris. The rooms are clean and modern. Ours had operable windows, so we opened the windows and listened to the rain at night. The staff is very nice and professional. The breakfast was excellent, higher quality than most continental breakfasts. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, particularly one block north and to the west. Lots of shopping nearby. Arc de Triomphe is easily walkable from this hotel.

Great location, just a few steps from the Champs-Élysées. The hotel offered a comfortable stay and convenient access to many attractions, with daily water provided in eco-friendly carton packs. The room had air conditioning, which was a great bonus, making the stay even more comfortable.

However, the elevator was very small and there was no sound insulation between rooms.

Great location, breakfast and friendly staff in an old but remodeled hotel. We were on the 6th floor and there was AC and the water got hot.
