Small room, but in line with Paris

The room that we stayed in was very clean and the hotel's location is ideal for tourists . Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly.

There should be room clean up every other day.

Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from Eiffel Tower. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and gave recommendations for restaurants , helped with any questions we hadHad last minute changes of plans so booked an hour before and they had everything ready for us going in the same night of booking

Only thing to fault was how thin the walls were. You could hear next door very clearly

The location is great (in the 15th arrondissement) with convenience stores nearby, which becomes particularly important when you return from your activities at 9 PM. The breakfast is 5 stars, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. This hotel is my first choice whenever coming to Paris for 2 days or longer.

Very nice neighbourhood, close to Champ de Mars, very well placed on the no. 6 or no. 4 metro lines. The personnel is very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect Stuff was supportive

I believe it needs some renovation For example the heater takes almost from 30-45mins till you feel that it’s warmer

Very convenient as it is located near a train station that literally connects with other transport easily. Good food nearby and a mart across the street. Great spot to see the train pass by too.

A lovely hotel near the eiffel tower. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants around the hotel and around every corner there is something beautiful to admire.

Staff were lovely, location was great, view of the Eiffel Tower and the spire of Hotel des Invalides were a welcome sight, check-in/out was painless.

Room layout was poor for size. Toilet was large enough but sink/shower/mirror were outside in the room. Having a shower steamed the room out because of this, and you have to leave the toilet to wash your hands etc. Feels like you should just inclose all 3 into a combined ensuite for ease/privacy.

The bed in our first room was small, but the staff solved that issue by changing us to a different room. Breakfast was sometimes slow to reset some ingredients.

The reception staff were exceptionally courteous, respectful, and incredibly helpful. I had made three separate reservations, and they kindly arranged to merge them for me. They provided two adjacent rooms with no separation between them, which was perfect for me and my children. While the rooms were slightly small, they were still suitable, even though we had a lot of luggage.

The service by the employees was great, especially from Jovanna, very attentive and polite. She decorated our room and was simply perfect. The hotel room is small, but it serves well for the cost of benefit. The mattresses are lacking. But overall my rating is 8/10.

Have stayed here for 1 week. It was very central and room was not that small. The location was very close to some nice cafes, boulangeries and restaurants, and the staff were really helpful and always kind.

Short walk from Eiffel Tower and close to the metro station

We left a night early to go and stay at a different hotel . The room was very small and had several holes in the wall. The bathroom had rust and black mould. The room was incredibly hot and when we enquired at reception about our air con machine not working, we were told that its winter and switched off - they would not turn it on for us. There did not seem to be any rules or etiquette in place during the night as other guests had music on and shouting throughout the night. Unfortunately this ruined our trip to Paris and wasted money in addition due to having to find alternative accommodation with no refund.
