Location and style

Our initial and more expensive room was bland, had an awful view and very disappointing. We asked to be moved to the smaller more traditional room which was fine and although preferred, v small.

Location and cleanliness

The room was tiny. We had to rearrange furniture, use the television set to hang our clothes over and store our suitcases under the bed. In the bathroom there was no bidet and not even a toilet paper holder. We expected more in a four-star hotel.

Great staff, very helpful and polite. Rooms very French and super clean! Loved everything about this hotel.

The location was perfect, close to the shops, restaurants and bars.

There was construction next door and would wake up at 6am from the noise and not go back to sleep. Super loud and felt extremely restless the entire stay.

Location and wonderful staff. Also cool vibes. Trendy art, books. Wonderful scents.

The bathroom needs a shelf and a towel rack or hook. The room is sm as ll, that's fine but the bath is large with only 1 hook and no area for your toiletries. No toilet paper holder either. Its awkward.

Perfect room, perfect staff, perfect location. The team was helpful, accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very charming.

The room is adequately equipped, but small and cramped. There is no shower, you shower in a bathtub with a shower head about 5 cm in diameter, which is less common these days. The breakfast is continental, everything is fresh and the service is excellent.

The staff pleasannt and the location excellent.

Out room opened on the lobby lounge where there where people were constabtly hanging out anr talking on their phones. There was a mismatch between the price and quality.

Excellent staff and extremely helpful and accommodating . Storing luggage in rooms tight.However nice modern hotel in great area of Paris.

The location was great, and the staff was super friendly. The decor was nice. The bed was really good, as well as the pillows.

Have had better experiences with staff in lesser star hotels. No complimentary coffee

The Space was quite cramped. The breakfast was very poor and located underground in a kind of suffocating cellar. The hotel was under refurbishment with workers who were going up and down.

The room temperature was always perfect. Great to be able to open the windows & shut to seal out the street noise completely.

The walls were thin which we just discovered on our second to last night when we heard the guests in the next room. The design room is a little too spare of amenities one might expect for a longer stay more than 2-3 nights (reading light is not the brightest more of mood lighting )

This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful area in Paris. Staff helpful, room comfortable.

Everything

We originally were placed in a weird lobby room that lacked all the decor of the real rooms. Fortunately we were moved but that original room sucks and has about as much charm as a Hilton for double the price

the property was a designers dream. Beautiful decor and atmosphere. It is in a brilliant location close to Le Marais bars and restaurants. The staff were kind, helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect and the staff super friendly and available to assist in storing our luggage and changing our bed type. Some of the rooms are really small but that’s the price of staying in the heart of Marais.
