Welcome Hotel

Charming lobby and terrific location. We stayed 7 nights and found a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff we very helpful and friendly.

The room was small and had little storage space.

The location was very good, many places were within walking distance from the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Had an enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was good.

We paid extra for the breakfast. We left at 5 am the morning we left so couldn’t have breakfast. Good motel managers would make an adjustment in the billl for service not received. The explanation was the food had to be counted out in advance (eggs, bread… ) - not very convincing.

Location, staff, cleanliness.

The location of the Welcome Hotel was absolutely amazing and incredibly convenient, making it the perfect base to explore Paris. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff — including the front desk and cleaning team — were warm, welcoming, and attentive. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I appreciated the charming atmosphere and overall comfort of the hotel.

I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms, especially when guests were leaving early in the morning, which made it difficult to rest. The walls did not block sound well, so banging doors and voices carried easily. I never had an issue with outside noise, only noise from within the building.

Could use better lighting in the room

It was my first time to stay here . I really loved the ideal location and would definitely recommend going there. Lovely staff and so cozy.

In the St. German room , which is accessible room the shower is leaking so the entire toilet was fullOf water .

Wonderful location (walkable to all the major sights we wanted to see). The beds were very comfortable and despite busy street, the room was quiet with the window was closed. The desk staff were helpful and welcoming. The continental breakfast and associated staff were very good and helpful.

The hallway carpet etc was old and tired.

Location is fantastic, close to Metro 4 line and hundreds of restaurants / bars. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and relatively large by Paris standards. Front desk was polite and helpful.

The elevator was the size of a phone booth…very claustrophobic. Our room was in the garret, with a head bumping sloped ceiling and no windows besides two small openings well above eye level. However, room photos made me aware of this possibility beforehand. For an 8 night stay it became a bit depressing.

Terrible. The rooms are extremely small , 2 persons cannot move together in the same room . you hardly can take a shower in the bathroom . I can hear every single sound from the room beside mine as if they are in my room , which is very noisy and couldn’t sleep . No facilities in the room at all , no tissues, no slipper or bathroom . Nothing at all . The only good and positive thing is Eric the gentleman at the reception . He was very helpful and nice . He is the only reason that made the hotel stay bearable

Boutique Paris hotel with a great Paris feel. Room well appointed and bathroom has been updated. The champagne split upon arrival wa a nice touch. Staff was excellent at check in and out as well as answering questions.

Paris has a lot of street noise so ask for higher floor but still noisy not the hotels fault just a fact

The location in Saint Germain des Pres is exceptional! The room was small, but very comfortable and quaint. The staff is very gracious and congenial.

Great location, great price! The staff was super accommodating and did everything in their power to overcome a (very) slight issue we had with our room. They gave us a new room immediately and even compensated us for it and gave us a free breakfast
