Hotel Riviera Elysees

We liked everything about this hotel starting with/location hotel employee (10 stars) is a great host reception attendant. He did our movility thru Paris very smooth with his help of how to use the Parisien transportation. Elevator a BIG +. We loved this hotel!

The tub did not have a barrier/door to avoid water splashing but the bathroom is large and very clean.

It was close to coach drop off and metro lines

No hot water, kettle or anywhere to get water, but there is a shop close

The location was perfect & it was cute and quaint with a French touch.

The deposit is €100 and then they also hold €188 on booking.com, then you also pay at the front desk for the night. This is a bit of money, this only gets returned to your card the next day. The bedrooms were extremely tiny. You cannot wash your hair in the tiny shower & the bathroom needs a good clean & Please replace the old toilet brush.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful — they truly made me feel at home. I really appreciate their warm hospitality. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel

Location is good, room clean

! Room is too small, in bathroom not possible tu turn, the keep deposit, the promised it will come back on my bank account as son as check out will be done, but it do don’t happen, still waiting money) and they ask to leave keys on the reception when I leave my room . Every time

Bed comfy. Strong wireless signal on 7th etage! Quiet at night. Excellent location, bistro next door, and close to Metro, Etoile and Monoprix and Franprix. Very cute street market across Ave Ternes. There is a good laundromat Laverie Miele a few blocks away.

Like any Euro hotel I've stayed at I see the same thing, could use more attention scrubbing out the bathroom. However fresh towels daily, and otherwise clean. Storefront next door is vacant and not maintained,so looks bad, but not connected to hotel. No international cable channels.

The team is great and very supportive The location is great and near to metro and train station via Avenue Carnot

Cheating by the hotel to...

The hotel charged me 121 euros as pre-authorization and upon check-in they mentioned thy will release the money, but even after 3 weeks of time the money does not deposited in my account. This pre-authorization was no where mentioned in the booking.com also, when I contacted the booking customer they are also taking the hotel side and not providing the proper response.It is a cheating happening by both Booking.com and the hotel.The room was horrible and lift I never imagined such a worst maintenance.

All worked well. It would be useful to have a kettle in the room and hangers in the bathroom.

Great location. Top floor room. The aircon was amazing. The bathroom/shower was an interesting design, a little tight.

Nothing. This hotel was very very poor

En suite was tiny and dirty. Curtains wouldn’t close. Cockroach in my room. Didn’t feel safe

The room is small for 3 people, no hot water for coffee and no refrigerator. But you can go down to get it for free so the stuff are extremely nice. Very small elevator that doesn’t get exactly to the floor so if you have problems with stairs it’s not easy

The hotel and room I booked exceed my exceptions I didn't expect a view either which was nice we had a great view a little of the arc de triomphe.

Everything was up to par and exceeded exceptions. Therefore, there was not a thing I didn't like. I very much enjoyed and liked everything. Staff, room and overall hotel were amazing.

It was my first time in Paris, and wow, this hotel was great, from the location, the service, etc. The people at the reception were always friendly. The day I had to check out, I didn't even know where to leave my suitcases because I had a few more hours before going to the airport. They kindly told me that I could leave my suitcases and that they would take care of them. I plan to return to Paris soon and of course I will return to this hotel.

everything was excellent.

The only positive thing thing (for me) is the close proximity to Port Maillot, which helps if you want to take to shuttle to Beauvais early in the morning.

Room was unkempt, with wallpaper peeling and mold on the walls. The bathroom had a window to the room (why?) and the blinds did not cover it all the way down. When we arrived, it was obvious they didn't clean the bathroom as there was hair on the floor and still had half empty amenities from the previous stay. We had to ask for a shower towel as there was only one. The biggest issue though was the noise as people were going up and down on the stairs and talking, and becouse of the thin walls, we could here every single sound. Impossible to sleep because of that.

Room was fine for the price for a triple. It is on the small side but typical for Paris. They did have a lift which is a plus. Location was good.

We had to check out later in the day due to a water interruption so they could not clean our rooms in time for check in. I understand this is not their fault, so I kept it out of my room rating.
