Bed was comfortable.

There was construction outside my window and the workers started working early in the morning. Lady at the front desk was not friendly at all when i was checking it. Hotel and rooms are tiny. Lift is tiny and takes soooo long and only one person can fit at a time. Would not stay here again.

Everything location was great the room was amazing and the view of the city building made it all feel real

Very comfortable beds, clean room, quiet area. Eiffel tower view from the shower (and bed) was cherry on top.

Lack of downstairs facilities like a small coffee bar/lobby but I think it's due to renovation (so temporary).

Rooms were clean and super cute. The staff was very friendly and the location was great.

The location was very good, walking distance to public transport. The hotel was close to restaurants and eating places. The room was clean and good for two persons. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Staff are lovely and we got a free upgrade to a larger room! Thank you :))). The cozy room is really small so would be best suited to short stay travellers. The location is good, about a 20 min walk to the main places and good metro links. Room was very clean with working air con and heating. Staff also are happy to help with bookings which is really kind and they store your luggage securely.

Would have appreciated a window which was openable and maybe some bath robes.

Everything was good , good location .More than excepted from a two star hotel . The staff was very kind . The room was very clean . Great for solo travelers.

Property was beautiful French style, perfect view from the balcony! The breakfast was not with a big options but it was tasty specially croissant. I loved breakfast in room, it was benefit for me, super comfortable.

They froze a deposit of €100 without informing me in advance. At check-in, I was told about it only afterwards. A guarantee deposit of €100 is absolutely unacceptable. Even worse, I did not receive the money back after check-out—it remained blocked for almost three weeks after my stay.Secondly, the rooms are extremely small. Even as a solo traveler, I had no space for my bags and could not move comfortably in the room, which makes the price feel unjustified.The breakfast was tasty, but with very limited options.On a positive note, I really loved the view, and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

If you have lots of luggage, the room size is small and elevator is also v small, just 1 person with one bag only fits.

Very good location, 10 minutes walk from Champs-Élysées. The room was quite small but very clean. For a special mention deserves very friendly hotel staff. Very recommended!

It was quite loud, we could hear the neighbors next door

Lovely staff and room with enough space for a group of three. Styled to high standard also we had a balcony which was lovely. It was an added little extra.

Could of done with two bottles of water for the room, would of been nice to have a long mirror on the wall to check outfit in the mirror or for when more than one person needs the dresser.
