Hotel Flanelles Paris

It was very clean. The location was perfect and bed was comfortable.

Slightly noisy but that was expected as opposite the train station.

Beautiful room, shower was clean and roomy, bed was comfortable. Room had a good view over the train station and the location is ideal for an early train trip.

Excellent location for Eurostar, clean, comfortable great amenities, all staff really friendly and helpful.

Good sound isolation, nice interior, comfortable bed, small room but had enough space, coffee maker in the room. Very good pastries for breakfast, some cheese, cold cuts. I did not enjoy english breakfast - in particular eggs not good. Barista makes good coffee.

Last morning (Monday) we had to leave early so came for very beginning of breakfast time and there was no barista and no pastries yet so we were dissapointed by not getting proper service that morning. The reception man tried his best to fill in for the missing bar man.

Friendly welcome, both at reception and in the bar where breakfast was served. Excellently convenient location opposite Gare du Nord. Good bed

Our room was more functional than cosy. Would have liked a kettle for hot water rather than using a coffee machine that also provided hot water. I know it was Paris but I thought the quality of the breakfast was good but not good enough to justify 21 euros.However I wasn’t dissatisfied and could well return to use the hotel again because of its convenience

Breakfast very good, located in the hotel bar, very nice atmosphere. Super central located next to Gare Du Nord. Easy to find and in the heart of everything. Rooms are lovely and all newly renovated.

Great reception staff (Massi I believe was his name) friendly and professional

The staff at the hotel were excellent. We were caught up in the Eurostar cancellations and the staff found rooms for 6 weary adults at very short notice. They were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Hotel is across the road from Gard du Nord and had a nice breakfast.

The hotel is very well located just outside of Garde du Nord train station which can be reached from CDG airport either by train or by taxi. The hotel staff is nice and helpful and the rooms are well equipped and comfortable albeit being very small.

Although the hotel is equipped with lift it operates very slowly and can accommodate only one person with luggage which slows down moving around with bags between flors.

Beautiful bathroom, perfect location for Eurostar and taking metro to Paris, very handy bistrot Just in the hotel.

The location to Gare du Nord amazing. Rooms small but clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant convenient for a light meal, as it was late in the day. Close to the train lines to city centre which made sightseeing easy. Also a healthy walk to some sights.

Bigger room for the price.

The Hotel Flannelles is literally across the road from Gare du Nord and conveniently has a number of local restaurants as well as the on site restaurant. We were able to leave our cases at the hotel when we arrived in Paris mid morning to go and sightsee and came back later in the afternoon to check-in. We had a twin room on the 5th floor (501) which was really quite spacious for a Paris room and it was lovely and clean with everything you could need for a break with easy access to all the trains. With a working lift we had no issue with getting our cases to the room.

There were no issues with our stay and would certainly return to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it to others.

I liked the room, towels, bathrobe…The staff were extremely helpful and kind.Breakfast was excellent!I was allowed to check in early, which I really appreciat that!

I didn't like the alarm accidentally going off 3 times. But it’s not their fault..

A very nice room was arranged with a little good view of montmartre. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s literally across the main station.

The facilities were a little run down (i.e. carpentry) and the safe is not secured. Need to improve on the cleanliness as we gotten dirty towel on our first night.

A beautiful hotel across the street from Gare du Nord. The decor is new and modern. The staff are efficient and friendly, and very helpful. The room was small, but comfortable, clean, and quiet. The bathroom was great. There are great restaurants and cafes in the area, and the bus and Metro stops are just metres away. A perfect overnight stay for us.

The Cafe unfortunately wasn't open being Xmas day, but numerous other cafes and restaurants around the hotel were. We had a marvellous Xmas lunch at the Terminus Nord 90m down the street. The Cafe was open the next day.

We used it as a stop off point before heading to Disneyland Paris, expecting it to be a cheap hotel next to the train station but was far better than expected
