Old building, nice lobby rooms, good distribution of the room

Dated polish on wooden floors, could be better cared. A little too far from �toile and champs elysees as it was promoted.

Cute little French hotel in a great location. Clean rooms, super friendly staff, and comfy beds. We loved our stay there and will stay again.

Charming hotel in the 18th arr. Close to the metro, the Paris Opera, other smaller museums and a nice park. Wonderful staff, nicely furnished room, and comfy beds.

We stayed at this hotel from October 11 to October 14 and can't say enough good things about it. Its location was perfect. The room was clean and well-appointed. The staff was wonderful and attentive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was quiet and in a good location and the price was right.

The bathtub drain was broken, but the tub was still usable. The sink was broken, the stopper wouldn’t come out and we told them twice and it was never fixed. We couldn’t use the sink for most of our stay. The garden view was an interior wall. We also didn’t like the hand he’d showed and the poor lighting in the bathroom. We were required to turn our key in every time we left the hotel.

Nice rooms in a great location.Breakfast was delicious and there is an amazing patisserie opposite.

Style chambre double un peu desuet.

We really enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. We felt like we were at comfort of our own home. It was so close to the train stations. The staff are so friendly. The room service was so prompt. The location was so beautiful. Boulangerie in the front, indian restaurant so close and there was kebab vegetarian shop so close. Loved our stay.

The room door key required a magician - it was rather stressful when it would not open in the first ten attempts!Their were road works immediately outside the front door - not the property's fault, but a bad image for them.

Nice old style hotel in a quiet area but with good transport facilities, metro and train, close by. Staff helpful and nice. Good restaurants and bakery in the district.

The hotel staff provided exceptional service, particularly Ms. Adélaide, who demonstrated remarkable kindness and assistance. Her guidance, including printed directions to key landmarks, was invaluable and greatly facilitated our navigation. The room and hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness and offered an excellent view.

As someone who struggles to sleep with even a tiny bit of light, the wooden blinds on the window in my room were the highlight of my stay. The staff were truely helpful, they are all amazing and friendly, and Isaac stood out. I took a room in the second floor, bathtub and toilet in same area (some rooms are seperate toilet and bathtub, make sure you know this if it is an issue for you). The old wooden doors, the wooden floor in the bathroom was a true Parisian experience. Old building with tons of character.I wasn't expecting to find breakfast in Paris like I am used to, but to my surprise they had great breakfast; scrambled eggs, bacon for those who eat, cheese, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, and you can also squeeze your own orange juice if you like.The area if very quiet, 20 minutes walk to the opera, I went to a classical music concert in La Madielene by foot from the hotel and back. And you can also continue from there to concorde (it is doable if you like walking).This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will forever remember my time here.
