Hôtel Mathis Elysées

Tremendous location. Very central to main attractions in Paris. One block from the Roosevelt Metro station, Tuilaries, and Rond-Point du Champs-Elysees.

A bit pricey, but very worth the stay.

Location is perfect. Easy access by walk, bus, or metro to the site-seeing area. Staff very friendly and respectful. Excellent service. Breakfast in it’s adjacent cozy cafe with good quality. We didn’t need to use elevator as we were in 1st floor, but seemed small. Rooms were larger compared to other hotels in Paris.

The location was great. We walked to everything and there were lots of food choices nearby.

Really it was perfect except it turned out to be more expensive than expected. I thought the price quoted on booking was in dollars but it turned out to be euros.

Staff were very friendly, nothing was too much for them. Location was excellent, close to a metro and yards away from the Champs Elysees. Coffee shop and supermarkets also nearby.Room was very clean, shower was excellent, beds were comfy.

Harsh to add - we didn't use the lift however it looked very small and not capable to hold much luggage/personsToilet being in separate and isolated in a small room was slightly strange?

-Staff were friendly and provided great information regarding transportation and how to get around the city. -Location was ideal and close to the metro

An absolutely delightful/cute little hotel located on a quiet streeThe staff were absolutely brilliant and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay and helped me booked things that needed to be booked. The location was excellent. just a few metres from the Champs Elysees.

The staff were very personable and friendly. They were very helpful with whatever our needs were or questions we asked.

The location was close to the Champs Elysées so if you like shopping, this is perfect. For me personally I would’ve liked to be near more cafés

Walking distance to Champ Elysees, great location! Only the lift very tiny but atleast theres a lift , would only fit 2pax if you have no luggages, but im okay with it though bcoz there are hotels in Paris without lift.

Paper thin walls and it’s very easy to hear your neighbors and those above you

I really do love this place, the location is perfect. The bed was comfortable and the size of room was perfect. It is a very cute boutique hotel.

The price was expensive, but understandable because of location.

Room was big enough for 1 person. Bed was very comfortable.

That breakfast was expensive. WiFi wasn't working well.

The concierge was always friendly greeting us at the front door. I traveled with 2 teens and the bed arrangements worked out very well. There is a lift for your luggage which is great update for the facility.

The old structure of the building, the thin wall could block sounds from our adjacent tenants. There were a couple of nights that we were waken up by the noises and couldn’t sleep for a couple of hours.

Charming and Staff was extremely kind and attentive

The property was charming located in a ideal spot for getting around Paris. The elevator was very cute and unique found the modern upgrades to be simple and tasteful

The staff were all very helpful and kind. The location is central.Having two connected rooms made the stay more convenient with kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mathis. The location is unbeatable, tucked away in a charming area that’s close to everything but still feels peaceful. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the whole hotel had such a cozy, inviting vibe. Our room was just the right size for the price, and the bathroom was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Big bonus points for the air conditioning, which worked perfectly—especially appreciated during the summer heat. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and the location was ideal for sightseeing. The staff were all very nice but I want to give a big shout out to Leon! He was very friendly, helpful and accommodating and let us know as soon as we got there that if we needed anything to just ask and that he was there to answer any questions and to help us with anything we needed.

Location was nice, room was clean.

Customer service was very poor and not accommodating. There were inconsistencies between information the different front desk staff had and was giving us. The night manager was very rude and negatively impacted our time in Paris. We had the same issue others had regarding number of occupants in a “single” room with a double bed, though they knew when we checked in that it was two of us and did not say anything. When the night manager very rudely told us we messed up on booking, we were apologetic and asked if we could pay to upgrade to a “double” room to fix this issue. He rudely said he had none available, though we looked online on both booking.com and the hotel website and they had availability. I would not stay here again for this reason.

The hotel is close to the Champs-Élysées, and there are two lovely restaurants adjacent to the hotel where you can enjoy a selection of snacks, meals, and drinks.

I requested a late check-out; however, the receptionist did not permit it.
