Staff was friendly great location

Room looked nothing like the picture was dated and very tiny for 2 people

Great location. Nice clean room with some real charm. Breakfast fof resh made omelette, fresh squeezed orange juice, good rolls with French jams and cafe--was outstanding. We were very satisfied with the quality and the price.

Location and personal were perfect

I am very obsessed about cleaning, it was not dirty but it is an old building so the cleaning was average

Location, service, room

The hotels sits in a very luxurious neighbourhood. It is just a short walk to the Louvre. The room was great (I believe we received an upgrade on our room), clean and comfortable. All personnel we met were very nice. Great beds.

We found the temperature in the hotel a little too high.

The lift was out of order during our two day stay. A minor problem for us, but could have been an issue with someone with mobility issue.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mansart. The location was excellent , right be place vendome and has everything you need nearby, and hotel is super clean. But the stand out feature of the hotel is the exceptional staff and the care they gave us. My mother has high blood pressure while she was at the hotel due to stress, and Nuntida took my mom to the pharmacy to monitor her blood pressure and looked after her with such care, making sure that even if we had already checked out she was comfortable and able to rest. Other staff also were also friendly, responding quickly to our needs and requests.We will definitely stay here again - thank you ! Will definitely be our home in Paris for the foreseeable future.

Good hotel, central location, very friendly staff who helped with everything

In my room on the 4th floor, there was some noise coming in from outside due to street construction works, but I believe they are over now

Gorgeous hotel, beautifully designed rooms, and great location. Best part of our stay was the hospitality of the staff, especially the general manager. We had a mixup at the beginning and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was even better than we planned. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very boutique-like feel. Loved the hotel and the vibe of it. Bonus points for a fantastic location and for the staff who was very helpful and kind (Marina, Khadi, and Mamadou were very pleasant to interact with).

Very beautiful room with historical pictures, frames and colors. The view was stunning and the bed very comfortable. We will come back.

The elevator wasn't working when we checked out. We got help with the luggage, though.
