Hotel Maison Monceau

The counter space in bathroom & coffee maker in the room, loved having both. The friendly staff & the way they were geared towards customer service! The little balcony with the bistro table on it looking over the street that was great and a Comfy bed too!

The décor was really creepy and way to dark with the black walls & dark carpet made it very hard to see unless you had every light on in the room The bathroom outlet did not work and that was annoying when trying to fix your hair.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing and we will be staying again! The hotel is in a safe and quiet area, with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Arc de Triumphe, and there is a metro station nearby to access other areas of the city. If you are looking for somewhere in a less hectic area of the city, that still has all of the amenities within reach, Hotel Maison Monceau is the place to stay.The hotel is modern yet warm, it was gorgeous. The room was comfortable, spotless and very chic- the bed was massive and we slept great! The breakfast in the hotel is lovely, there are plenty of tasty options to choose from.We would return for the hospitality alone- the staff were so kind, friendly and very helpful. We truly cannot recommend the service enough! As we were there for Valentines Day, we were delighted to receive complimentary macaroons. It was a thoughtful and generous touch, we were very impressed!We cannot recommend Hotel Maison Monceau enough, it is one of the nicest places we have stayed in Paris. We will be returning again!!

Very clean, very friendly staff with positivity to help their customers. Good listner and very polite. We had good time sraying there.

The Double bed, its far far too soft. Its just take you down when you sleep.Need to put hard/stonge mattress.

The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood that seems safe and is well connected. We used both the metro and the bus. It's clean, it's really cute and the staff is nice! Also very good breakfast!

The elevator is really tiny, but compared to the rest of Paris, I was glad it was even there and functional.

My favourite hotel in Paris! Rooms are absolutely gorgeous, very clean and comfortable. Superb breakfast! Very friendly and accommodating staff.

This hotel is located in the center of Paris close to many sights, as well as to public transportation. The staff is very nice. They were very friendly and the communication was easy with them. They contributed highly to the celebrations of our wedding anniversary and birthday. The room was nicely furnished and perfect for our stay. I recommend this hotel and hope to return again.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will stay here again if I come back to Paris! The location felt safe and quiet while still being in a good position to get to the rest of Paris, with the metro station Wagram being 4 minutes away and the Arc de Triomphe only a 20 minute walk away.The bed was really comfortable and the cool magic-themed breakfast was a bonus. The staff were also so friendly and helpful!!
