Location and personal service

I liked the digital check-in and keys. It was a clean, comfortable, compact space. Like most apartments in Paris, it is possible to hear hallway noise, but knowing this is common, I packed earplugs. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great in the heart of the city. Sofa bed, dining table, kitchenette and the bed in the mezzanine were great set up in a small space. Our daughter wouldn't leave the bed in the mezzanine!

Although we were advised there is no lift, be careful when moving luggage from ground to your floor. We were at the top and struggled with large suitcases up the narrow stairs but the walls are protected and it was part of the experience. We took some Nespresso capsules, the model was different and couldn't have morning coffees BUT there are so many cafes in the area.

excellent location right in the center. 10 min casual walk from Eiffel tower. really close from Rue Clear, you should visit for breakfast and market. The room small for 2 people but ok if you are traveling.

It wasn't really clean. it wasn't dirty but I expected more cleanliness for the price. For instance, the pillowcases had some small smudges and we found some hair in the bathroom.

The apartment is surrounded by cafes and restaurants and 10-12 min walk to Eiffel.

I guess the size of the apartment since I am 6ft 2 hence I stayed down while my wife and son took the top floor for sleep but no complaints, the property was worth staying for 2 nights.

Everything was nice and clean. Perfect location and very close to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a trip to Paris. Highly recommend :)

Room is very small and the stairs are very narrow

Location was good ; walkable distance to UNESCO HQ. close to where to catch train. near by shops to by groceries and good. the room was ok, though I expected something slightly bigger with desk and table. Communication from Beatrice was very good. I had no problem accessing the room

I did not understand why the hinge on the window was dislocated. i did not like window which was not well hinged

Property was very clean, close to Eiffel Tower and train stations

Bathroom was too small. We’re two petite girls so it was fine but it’s not practical for big guys

Location was amazing. Close to the Eiffel tower, as well as cafes and a grocery store and metro.

Lack of smoke detector and that the window opened to the smoking area.

Staff was cordial. Good location. Wash machine and baggage storage for early arrival. It was overall clean.

Never provided sheets or changed them for 11 days. No real usable clothes storage. No trash bags or necessary paper products. Was actually smaller than a hotel room.

You step out the front door and you’re in a vibrant and safe neighborhood full of great restaurants and events (Eiffel tower, river cruise). Exceeded all expectations!

Communication with Beatrice & Emmanual was excellent, greatly appreciated. Went above and beyond in being accessible for questions or assistance. Rooms were well-planned and efficient.

Upstairs room was just a little stuffy; difficult to get airflow, but not too bad. We would book again.

Very good location! Space was very tight but you could tell that the owners have provided the best amenities the space can hold - good AC, TV, water heater, kitchen facility.

Bathroom was so small that it was very hard to use the sink without water splashing all over the floor.

Location was just wonderful. Super close to the Eiffel Tower and the Ecole Militaire metro station. The room had everything we needed. Iron, air conditioning, shower, fridge, coffee machine, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. There were two complimentary capsules for the coffee machine. There are also washing and drying machines in the common area, which can be quite convenient for longer stays.The bed was large and comfortable, and there was enough space under it to store suitcases. We only had cabin-size luggage, so we had no issues carrying it upstairs or keeping it in the room—yes, the overall size of the room is small.The stairs going up didn’t feel as bad as some reviews suggested—maybe because we stayed on the first floor. While the stairs are indeed narrow and have sharp turns (like a fire escape), I can say that they would only be challenging if you have very large suitcases—yes, there is no elevator.By chance, we met Mr. Emmanuel, the owner, when we first arrived; he was very polite and helpful. If I return to Paris, I would happily stay here, again.

There was some repair work in the building starting around 9 AM, but it didn’t bother us at all since we were usually ready to head out at that time.

Great location to see all the sights of Paris, proximity to metro. Excellent communication from hosts

Location was perfect ! Close to everything!

The room was a bit too small for 2 people. I don't like a bed pushed up against the wall on 3 sides. Very closed in feeling with difficult access for one of the 2 people. Kitchen was too tiny also.

Pull out bed has an excellent mattress. Comfortable stay! Met owner, so awesome! Location, location, location.

Would love more light inside, but overall 6 stars.
