The staff was extremely helpful; we arrived early, yet we weee still able to check in and store our bags. We also asked for assistance in getting taxi rides, restaurant recommendations. 3 stars seems low, considering the service and comfort.

    No complaints at all...thanks!

The staff were absolutely lovely from beginning to end, we arrived earlier than expected but the staff did everything they could to get the room ready for us and accepted is early which was a god send after the flight.I'd read some bad reviews but I'm so glad we chose this place, great location, great friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The hotel has some great restaurants and places to eat around it.

The rooms were a bit small but we were OK with that as we are only small ourselves but other than that everything was great. Could do with a bit more lighting in the room.

Hotel Armoni has a an unparalleled cosy feeling and provides a sense of care typical of high-quality boutique hotels through its excellent customer service and overall ambience. It is the second time I stayed and there will certainly be more in the near future! Thank you

    Great location. Very Good breakfast.

The rooms are very tiny, the carpets need some deep cleaning and stairs need to be renovated. But I would stay again in this hotel.

Amazing location, lovely staff, cute and cosy

Minor thing but maybe a few more lights in the room otherwise really good

The only thing I liked about the property is it in a good location to all activities like: Eiffel Tower, Louvre, the arch etc. there is a metro, tram and bus stop right outside the hotel which is really convenient. There is a McDonald’s, doner king and a savoury/pastry shop outside the hotel which is good too. The cleaners cleaned the room well and tidied up evening neatly.

They gave only one key card even though there was two of us. The toilet had a light lingering piss smell. The room is smaller than uou expect. The toilet and shower room is desperate. The toilet has no sink inside which is annoying for Muslims because we need the sink for water when we use the toilet. They give you a “mini bar” which you have to pay for: Soft drink, water, chocolate etc. they gave us ONE free water bottle but there was two of us? And we stayed for two nights and they didn’t have a water bottle for the next day? Considering I paid £180 for two nights.

The staff was great, very kind, always willing to help with any question or request we've had. The hotel itself looks nice, small and cozy as well as the room we've had, easy to find and good located, right next to metro station and a lot of shops that one might need, could be better but we knew already, nothing to complain about location. The room and hotel were very clean, the room was cleaned every day, one day someone from maintenance came to clean the air filters. The heat is by air not radiators so the air in the room is going very dry during night. Also the room is very small, the bathroom even smaller, but nothing to complain about because the hotel tells you very clear the room sizez on details, so no one can or should complain about that as all knows from start what they rent. Rest of, all good, had some coffees and breakfast in the room, everything was good and tasty. Also the tiny baguette was one of the best i've tried around. The only thing with the breakfast is that if you get it in the room, is very small :))) i would recommend that you go downstairs and have it in the restaurant. The bed and pillows very comfortable. No signs of mould or other nasty things so can't say if the other visitors were right. Price - quality ratio is not really good but i believe this is a thing of Paris itself not the hotel, as everything in Paris seems to be expensive and some things way overpriced, but overall we had a great time there, the hotel was 8/10 overall. Many thanks to all the staff!

    No complains!

    location

Lift was broken, Room very hot and took aircon not working properly. Very small room but kind of expect that in Paris.

The breakfast was really nice but a bit expensive. The staff was nice

The center was a bit far but well conected.

Amazing location, very clean and modern. Cleaning staff is so nice ! Very convenient hotel for short stays in Paris.

Small rooms, very small beds, heating and cooling are central so you can't regulate from the room. A few of the receptionists are rude and really don't care about you being a loyal customer.

    6SalamehPosted on: 11-8-2025

    It was clean for sure.

I didn't like the design and the colors. Brown is everywhere. It's too dark. The outaide of the windows wasn't clean. The inside was super clean though.

    7JoshuaPosted on: 11-3-2025

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The hotel janitor, Aref, was extremely kind and helpful and kept our rooms neat and organized for us. Additionally, the staff were helpful with some of our requests and finding directions when needed.

The room was hot and we had to leave the windows open due to the A/C being turned off which made it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the pictures did not accurately depict the size of the room and we found it a bit too small for two people, however we were satisfied with the amenities of the room.

    10ClaudettePosted on: 10-31-2025

The area, the gentleman on the reception and the gentleman that cleaned our room they were friendly.

    9PamelaPosted on: 10-13-2025

    The shower was powerful

The rooms are too small. With little lighting. Room is too dark

    5SavioPosted on: 10-3-2025

Very basic honestly, the hotel not qualify two star, way to the rooms are so narrow as though you are walking in digny light, as though you are walking in to take a massage and certainly not sound proof, disappointed and had no choice arriving straight from airport tired, this was least you could expect, I hope your review team does visit and explore more to rate them accordingly so that customers get a real deal for the money.

Rooms cramped, approach to rooms my room was 108 and the approach to my room was through a make shift door which was shared between 107 and 108, disturbing, coupled with the view is nothing courtyard was nothing but fired weed and AC vent of the neighbouring building, omg sic

The hotel itself is in a great location, there's a metro station right outside and there are buses and trams just across the road. We were able to walk to the Arc du Triomphe in less than 30 mins too!The staff at the desk were really friendly and helpful as we needed to drop our bags off before our check-in time. The room was on the small side but was clean and well presented and had all the amenities you'd expect. It was a little rough in a couple places but nothing that made a difference. I'd say the price was perhaps a little high but that being said, some of that is because you're paying for location and the location was absolutely ideal. There was also a little hole in the wall bakery just out to the left which we used every morning
