The location is superb. The staff are exceptional.

The room is a bit small, though it seems to be standard in Paris. As it’s not double glazed window, you could hear some noise from outside early in the morning.

All the staff were amazing and I am leaving a good score and I hope we will visit again - but Santer who did the check out rude at the end - I told him in the list my key is always not working, he said did I have it next to phone I said no - he said well it works for all other guests !! Very rude instead of taking the time That’s the only disappointment found him arrogant All the rest of staff amazing and lovely hotel and hope to visit again hair Santer needs some training and I am sure he will be amazing too :))

Brilliant location, just a few steps from Theatre Garnier, the Louvre and numerous transport links. Stylish quiet well equipped modern room with outstanding bathroom and numerous nice touches including USB points, discreet lighting and superior coffee machine and toiletries. Attractive entrance from street and calm public areas including still/sparkling water station. Safe location with additional security in otel. Numerous chic Japanese and Korean restaurants nearby.As noted by other reviewers, reservations are required for the pool and in line with all public pools in France, there is a strict dress code.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Opera Garnier and key attractions. A fairly large room with a comfortable bed and a choice of pillows.

Breakfast is served by just one person, who isn't sufficient for all the guests. As a result, there are often no clean plates, or even no food in the buffet.

The common areas (pool, lobby) and great breakfast. Location is perfect! Extra attention to details in the room.

The room was really small. I suggest taking the superior room. Regular rooms are really small.

There was a wide selection of palatable food on the breakfast buffet. The decor in the communal areas and the bedroom was understated and classy.The bathroom was spacious & spotlessly clean.

The lighting in the bedroom was subtle but there was no facility for bright light.

Room was small and did not have a place to sit other than on the bed! While they said the room had a view it was of a cement wall not a courtyard.

We got probably the two worst rooms, lowest floor (flr 1) towards back of building. We had only 1 small window with barely any sunlight, and lighting in room was poor. So the rooms were very dark. It was also very dry in the room, made it hard to sleep.

A great boutique hotel, central location walkable to so many things we did not use the metro in 5 days. Great breakfast, the smoothest of bed linens, beautiful bathroom, friendly and helpful staff and management. Other people talk about the bed comfort but understand that beds are very firm across much of Europe, this was quite typical. Truly a pleasure to stay here, staff works very hard to make this hotel exceptional.

Not a dislike, more an observation…window coverings in bathroom needed adjusting so we did not feel exposed to being seen by apartments across street sitting on toilet.

Lovely attentive staff, super clean property, always snacks and drinks on offer. Good to come back to after sightseeing.

The staff where so so helpful printing off colouring for our children sourcing restaurants and just being so kind

Not a good selection of beverages

We chose this hotel for its location close to several restaurants and wine bars. It is a 15 minutes walk from Chatelet Les Halles RER which made it an easy trip from CDG airport. The Louvre is also an easy walk. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was a bonus.

Loved the well-appointed room, the room size, space, tasteful decor, and that the hotel is on a quiet little street with a park mere steps away. The pool was also a huge benefit, a pleasant space that can be booked during certain hours. Also, a big shout-out to the entire Hotel Square Louvois team — always friendly, engaging and asking about my stay. I will return — je vais revenir!
