Close to metro and the triple room had one bed that was a bit tucked away and private

It was not clear that breakfast is not included. As a North American we are very used to that being part of our g hotel stay

The room and bathroom were roomy. The bathroom was very clean and looked like it had been updated. The bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like that there was not a true shower. The bathtub had a handheld shower wand but it was awkward to try and take a shower and water sprayed outside the tub. A family member in another room had a regular shower stall. We chose not to change rooms.

The staff at the hotel were great.

We liked the location with a wide variety of shops and restaurants within a short walk. Several metro stations nearby made transit easy. But there are a fair amount of homeless in the area.

Excellent location, clean and spacious room, coffee and tea provided. Staff friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was that the cleaning lady kept knocking on the door in the morning (3 times within 2 hours). But I guess I should have put a “not disturb” sign, so they would know not to bother me after my flight.

Nice staff, excelent position, very very clean, powerfull shower, coffe marker in the room.

Heating system (noisy low performance air conditioner), no mini bar.

Location is good, staff was very kind and helpful given the ciircunstances. Hotel is fairly clean. Bed comfortable (but not double).

Max 3* definitely not 4 star hotel. There are no facilities whatsoever. Bar doesn’t exist. You pick a soft drink from the fridge near the (very small) reception and that’s it. Anything you wanna do, go outside. Bed comfy but not a queen/king bed rather two single beds put together. Other part of the family had a room with bad smell and all we god was: you should write an email. Hotel is worn out, toliet looked like its 30 yo.

Good location, helpful staff, nice reception and breakfast area

Rooms were very cold. No fridge or tresor in the room. There was a hole in a shower and also the shower was very mouldy. It was very hard to regulate the water tepreature in the shower, because the shower mixer was so stiff that we had to use both our hands to do it.

The staff are very welcoming and the location is great. Shower pressure is great

My rooon (302) was very tired- tiling and corners damaged and not clean.

The staff member who checked us in and assisted with all our questions, was outstanding.

The room was small, the area of the hotel, the bad odour from the bathroom was not pleasant.Overall an average stay.

Excellent location, close to metro and in opera district. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy and room well equipped with all the bits you would need

The room was at the front of the hotel so there was naturally noise from the busy street below

Good location to two metro lines, lots of restaurants outside to eat, friendly staff and very helpful. Enough room for two large cases and two people.

Small basin in the bathroom, pillows were a bit flat.

Great location, central to the tourist sites, many restaurants and an indoor food market. The metro was very close by. Relaxed and friendly area.

The front, street facing rooms are soundproofed but you can still hear the chatty patrons from the late night bar across the street. Fortunately the staff were helpful and there was availability in a back room so we could be relocated for our week’s stay.
