Staff were friendly and explained everything in detail. The room was clean and tidy with a large bathroom. Room was cleaned each day and fresh towels left in the room for us to use.

It was a great place to stay for us, close to Gare du Nord and very practical. The room was clean, the beds were great and the room was also really quiet, an amazing bonus.
The room was decorated in dark grey which made it dark on arrival at night. But it was a great place.
I booked this hotel because I had to travel by train very early the next day in gare de est. It was just a 5 min walk, so even with luggage it was very easy. By night the way from the station to the hotel is not that nice but its ok. Staff in the lobby was very nice they even spoke spanish which was great for us.
Rooms are small and expensive buuut in Paris everything is small and expensive so …. Nothing we can do.

It was excellent location close to Gare de lest and Nord . Many restaurants and shopping. Metro accessibility. Overall its very good and recommend. As usual its big city to be careful wherever you are going to keep your belongings safe.
