The hotel aesthetics are beautiful. The staff was superbly courteous and responsive.

The space (hotel room) is very small.

Book this hotel!! The facility was clean, the staff was amazing and the location was perfect! View of the Eiffel Tower was about 15-20 min walk. Cafes and restaurants were so close by. Louvre walk was bout 30 minutes. Truly such a wonderful stay. Would stay at this hotel again and again!

This hotel is small, on a quiet street, exceptionally comfortable with an extremely agreeable staff

I personally found the pillows too big in height and uncomfortable (I know this varies from person to person), but some hotels offer a selection usually between flatter and puffier pillows. This would be a good Idea for L'arcade.

This was my second time staying in the hotel with my daughter. We love the location, the charming lobby and comfortable rooms. But most of all, we really appreciated the staff and how warm and helpful they were. It’s a great neighborhood that is centrally located. We hope to visit often!

all ok but the minimum temperature of the water for the shower was far to hot. fixed in the evening of the second day.

A small safe hotel, the reception knows their guests. Very personal service, it made us feel always welcome.A big thank you for the receptionist Saadat for her professional and warm approach. The room was very clean - travail impeccable par Semira.

Although the windows have a relatively new double glazing, there was some noise from the street when the vehicles with sirens passed but you don't hear the normal traffic much. Ask for a room on the upper floors if possible. All rooms face the street. Then again, you get into a nice Parisian mood looking at the pretty houses in the quartier.

Small but cosy room with a lovely deep bath. I particularly appreciated the fact that the windows opened fully. The location was excellent. The staff were also charming, personable and helpful. High marks to them!

Although everything was clean and comfortable, the room smelled stale which was unfortunate. Offering some free water as other establishments often do would also be appreciated as at EUR 4 per small bottle from the minibar it is expensive.

Staffs in front desk are helpful and friendly. So glade have a place like home to stay while visiting Paris

Wonderful maintained property. I like the decor and colours, abundance of light.

Sleeping with the window open in rooms overlooking the narrow street is impossible. The street is noisy from 7 a.m.

Dirty room

The blanket on the bed was very dirty and smelled bad, with hair on it. The toilet had a strong unpleasant smell, and the floor around it was sticky — it was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The room itself was also very dusty.

Passable

The hotel does not match the photos – while the lobby and reception look nice, the rooms are very disappointing, with dirty walls, unclean closets, and an interior that badly needs renovation. On the positive side, the location is excellent, the price is fair, the bedding was clean, and the bed was relatively comfortable

Great location and cute character, lovely service.

Facilities could do with some freshening up as a little dated / old. Does add to the charm some what, but the shower curtain could be replaced, and sink was clogging up.

Have stayed here for 20 yrs so obviously, we don’t have any complaints.
