Hôtel Helzear Champs-Elysées by Esteem

The staff was very helpful and the location was great.

The 2 room suite was a matchbox and the walls were paper thin, so we could hear the people talking in the next room!

The location was just steps to the champs de elysee.

No where to place luggage other than the closest. Also the pillows were flat and small

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Mohammed and Nabil. They made our stay much easier and comfortable.

Nothing really the room was very small and the you can’t fit in the shower if you are slightly overweight Only half a table is fitted which was useless

they ask for a deposit and never gave it back and they claim of returning it and i ask for proof of it and never got an answer.Additionally, the room was very cold throughout our stay, the first day they forgot to open the heat.We booked 2 rooms and every day, had a problem with breakfast we had to remind the staff to provide breakfast, even though breakfast was included and delivered to the room (no buffet) . No phone in the room so we must go down to the reception and inform them.

Nabil and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They responded to our concerns and questions in a timely manner. We would definitely return to this hotel!

One of the accessible rooms was much bigger and easier to navigate, whereas the other accessible room was much smaller and a bit cramped for a wheelchair.

The staff made the stay feels RoyalMr abdulrahman and mr nabil i think both from Algeria they were so professional n helpful. Trust me it makes a big difference

The staff at The reception is very nice specialy Nabil and Mohamad. Very good location

Street side can be noisy

This Hotel was at a great location with a good size rooms which is very hard to find in Paris otherwise. The staff was very good and helpful.

Perfect location, stylish big room with a kitchen as a bonus. I was lucky to get upgraded to a bigger room. The employee, Mohamed from Tunisia was super friendly and helpful. Basically every employees were very friendly.

Nothing negative

This is one of the rare hotels that stands out for its service quality among all the places I have stayed. Everyone, from the reception to housekeeping, was incredibly helpful and attentive.Our room was spotless and had a perfect view, but what truly made this place special was the friendly and polite staff. We would like to send a special thanks to Mr. Abdel and Mr. Nabil.If you are visiting the Champs-Élysées, you don't need to look anywhere else. I highly recommend it.

Location

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its very central location.Unfortunately, the windows do not block outside noise, the Wi-Fi was not working properly, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel.The rooms and the elevator are very small, and the hotel feels quite old.The air conditioning is centrally controlled, so we could not adjust it ourselves and felt cold at times.Cleanliness was below expectations, and we were not even provided with extra towels.

Absolutely incredible customer service, Abde went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Their attention to detail and quick response time on messages made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Their attention location was wonderful, so centrally located. Also, when my daughter left her special stuffy behind, they quickly made every effort to recover her prized possession. Would stay here and recommend to everyone.

Location is great.

First night there was no hot water and after it was fixed the water pressure was weak.

Our room was really comfortable,the location was grear and safe. And thank you all the staff for the hospitality, thank you Nabil for your generosity

The staff is very helpful and kind, especially Nabil.The location is right in the middle of everything, it’s already the 3rd time I am booking my stay here.

As planned, I liked the Location, very close to Champs Elysee, at the same time quiet area. The suite was also perfect, with two separate spaces, staying room and bedroom. Facilities in the room were good. Bathroom was the best. More importantly, I liked the staff, especially Nabil at the Reception, who was always ready to help and smiling.

In the bedroom, the space between the bed and wall was a little too tight.

The service was amazing, the staff are very helpful and kind especially Nabil , Nabil was very kind and welcoming, I will definitely consider coming back to this hotel
