It was awfull experience. Very tiny, not a toilet.Second floor with not elevator and tiny stairs.Staff were not helpful.

I liked the location and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was only one shower for maybe 30 rooms and this isn't enough.

Nothing like when see a picture while you are booking it’s very bad Property very smelly as soon as you enter the property you smell something fungus and mouldy although very bad not recommended at all zero star

No sop for hand wash or for bath the bed and pillow are nasty smelly not recommendable it’s zero star please don’t book this hotel unless if you want to waste your money when you reach the property you will find a bad experience or disappointment unless if you want, you can go ahead

Its not good hotel

Location. Easy to find.

Room had a shabby feel. If the blankets did not have holes in them and were not so old, and if the matress was not at the end of its life, the money might have been worth it. There were sheets which were clean though, but these were too small for the blankets.

Clean, warm and central

It was a bit too hot, central heating at full blast!

Close to gare du nord station reachable walking to go to and from the Paris CDG airport

I don’t know Why is called hotel, but no one cleans the room each day and makes the bed, no breakfast, nothing to deal with a hotel

Affordable hotel in great location with helpful staff. Very quiet and peaceful. Well heated and cosy room. Felt perfectly safe. Did the job for a modest price.

It's basic. There was one shared toilet for the whole floor, in a room so small that closing the door is hard. There was one shared bathroom, way down on floor 2, for all the rooms in the whole hotel that didn't have their own inside the room. There are six floors but no lift so be prepared for stairs

The staff members aren’t the nicest but whoever was working Saturday 18th October.. you are the most disgusting person I’ve ever spoke to. I was so calm and polite and you just didn’t care at all

Easily accessible by public transport and could leave our bags there before check in time. We stayed in the 3 bed room so had a bathroom and shower in our room.

Triple room has a private bathroom with shower and tub on the European first floor. New towels are provided each day. It was a very quiet neighborhood with two large windows that opened, street-side. The building is old and has not been updated for a long time but there were no bugs, bed sheets and room were clean. The front desk kept an eye on who was coming and going which provided a level of security. Hotel is within walking distance of Sacred Heart and Gare Nord.

Ceiling and wallpaper were water damaged from an upstairs bathroom leak but other than aesthetics it was not a safety issue. Whenever you leave the room to go out you must leave the room key with the front desk, but they were always there when we returned so getting into the room was never an issue.
