- clean and warm bedroom
Cons -
- The stairs to get to our room was pretty long, if you hate exercise then I would recommend you get a room on the first or second floor
- lot of stairs, we’re at the 4th floor
- There is no elevator and we needed to go up to the 6th floor with our luggages. It was terrible. Everything else was good.

The hotel is near to metro. Actually the metro is in front of it. So, it is easy to travel everywhere. The staff was friendly, although their English was not good.Room was clean, however it is not very common for 2 star hotels. They did daily cleaning as well.
There is no elevator and we needed to go up to the 6th floor with our luggages. It was terrible. Everything else was good.
The location is key, you have a metro station right out the door. The Wi-Fi was really good
The front desk is not 24hs so you better not have any issues at night, then the shared bathroom could be a bit cleaner
They had a kettle and teacups of huge proportions but didn't provide small tubs of uht milk. The concierge helped at a time my daughter was unwell. It was warm and clean. The staff booked a taxi for us.
Their curtains need to fixed or changed. They were hanging down off the rails and then didn't cover enough of the window for it to be dark. Both the sheer and block out were on the same rail which didn't work.Their stairs were very steep and windy and the sensor lights did not stay on long enough for us to get up and down in the light. It was not a 24/7 front desk, often there was no one there and no one came when you rang the bell.
The location was excelent with many restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, supermarket, grocery stores nearby and really close to metro and bus stops. The streets have people walking around most of the time and theres always some traffic. Most people I interacted with when I got food or drink coffee, etc.. were nice and pretty normal on they´r behavior too, so I think it´s a safe place to walk around in case you need to buy food, etc... specially from 7am to 10 pm which was the time I remember being outside when I was there, at least for me was safe. After that time it gets a bit more silent and theres not many people outside, which is not a bad thing if we need to have a good night sleep. The room had a comfortable temperature despite being rainy and cold outside. the bathroom was clean and always had toilet paper, soap, etc.... and theres always hot water with no temperature changes, which is perfect if we need to take a shower when we wake up or before go to bed. They also leave tea bags, sugar and wooden disposable spoons in the room everyday in case we feel in the mood to drink something hot.I also liked the staff, not really noisy people and always helpful and nice... and they always answer back if you say good morning, good afternoon, etc... which is a good thing in my oppinion.I think the price was not bad for the time I stayed there, I can´t complain about that too.
Well, I expected the room size to be slightly better than what I got... in the pictures looked a big bigger but still, not really a big problem... just saying as a note but didn´t affect much my experience at the hotel. The second thing and maybe the one I liked less is the bed sheets and how things could be a bit cleaner. Sometimes there was small stains on the sheets even after they were changed by new ones, and despite being washed or not, we have to be honnest... always affect a bit anyone´s experience. They also had most of the time laundry bags on the floor next to the staircase and could be there for hours. Maybe they should be left on a better place like laundry baskets or stored somewhere else other than being left on the floor... which made me question a bit about the cleanliness.I hope the service can Improve when it comes to that and boost the feedback to something much more positive, after all our comments are just here to help and make the service better at what could be better.Other than that I don´t think I have much to say, I can´t point something else as negative.
Location, right by the metro, grocerie stores nearby, a lot of cafes and restaurants around
Noisy gutters? i dont know how to call them, we could always hear when anybody in other rooms flushed the toilet and so on.
It was clean and had everything you’d want from a hotel room. Boulangeries nearby for an easy breakfast, and the metro stop literally right outside the door - only downside is it’s pretty far out (~30 mins) from most attractions, but you get what you pay for
Room was clean, Bed very comfortable. Metro right outside door.
Shared bathroom & toilets, motion detection lights on both stairs and toilets didn't stay on long enough to use. 2 shared showers for use between 5 floors. Staff very unfriendly at check-in.

Simple and quiet hotel on a very nice street. Good price for Paris.
The steep stairs to the fifth floor is tiresome. The room was rather cold.
Disgusting place
It was absolutely not clean, genuinely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was disgusting. The bathroom was separate from our room and was not clean at all. The water didn’t even go down the drain, and there were hairs everywhere in the shower. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
The building has wooden stairs and is characterful. I felt I was staying in Paris.
The bathrooms could be cleaner and some of the facilities were broken.
Right in front of the subway station, room is clean, comfortable and well equiped. Staff is friendly and there is always someone at the reception.
We were put on the sixth floor and there are no stairs, the staircases are very tight and difficult to climb carrying luggage. Althought there is a subway station right in front of the hotel, it is far from the city center and it can take around 30-40 minutes by subway to reach the main sites.
Good position, nice staff and comfortable room.
It would be useful to have a few more clothes hangers.
Nice little hotel and good value for money. Very convenient for a one-night stay. If you don't mind having to cross the corridor to go to the bathroom, and hearing the sounds of the city, this hotel is for you!
Excellent location, staff—especially the cleaning staff—were great, helpful and friendly. Being next to the subway was a real plus.
It’s a busy area, so there’s noise but it’s Paris. They kept the laundry in the hallway and we were near the kitchen, so there was an odor in the hall.
It was passable, neighborhood not that secure, near the metro station, meaning it was good only to sleep in and nothing much, just to cover yourself at night, very basic basic basic
Even tho we booked this stay very early on, they were “full” and gave us the last room, on the last floor, the 6th floor with NO ELEVATOR, the stairs were very narrow and small, and with luggage it was impossible to do everything in one trip, and they did not even offer to help seeing also that we have an elderly person with us.
Cool hotel near metro, suoermarket and restaurants.
