Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Convenient location

It was fine, excellent for Paris. Near the Metro with a couple of good restaurants nearby. The room was small but quite adequate for one person. Comfortable enough. Great staff, room cleaned every day. A place I'd return to when next in town.

the boiler sometimes couldn’t to heat water properly some day. and would be great to have some basic essentials on the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil, tea and etc.

Good location near the Pitié Hospital

There is too much noise, not much isolation. I had to ask some girl to lower her voice in her room because I could not sleep. The decorations is those of a low budget hotel, but the price is as any other 3 star hotel.

Friendly receptionists, clean and big room with small fridge, near two metro stations, supermarkets and restaurants. They cleaned the room everyday!

There were some sanitation issues which were addressed, and there are a few things that were broken in the room, such as the refrigerator and there was no plug for the drain in the bathtub so you couldn’t take a bath, but it was a great shower.

Terrible customer service.

I arrived and there was nobody there to check me in. They still charged me and the hotel/Booking.Com refuses to refund me. Absolutely absurd.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Great location with easy access to metro, trains and buses to get anywhere across Paris. Safe walk home from the metro at night.

Rooms are small, but as expected for central Paris location.Some bottled water and better toiletries would be nice

its a small hotel, calm and does the job if you just want somewhere to sleep. public transport links are good, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I did not try the breakfast. Comfy bed.

Room is small, but its Paris... some rooms are on the first floor and there's no lift, but staff helped with luggage. Walls are thin and i was lucky as my neighbour was quiet.The hotel is expensive for what you get, but its Paris and even not in high season prices seem high

Small hotel just off the Main Street with very friendly and helpful staff. Easy check-in and no problem leaving our backpacks in a safe place on the day of checkout. Didn’t have breakfast but the breakfast area, though small, looked comfortable. Comfortable bed, clean shower room and clean, separate toilet. We would DEFINATELY return when next visiting Paris.

Can’t really think of anything to dis-like but the price was a bit higher than expected. I think this was because the Scorpions were playing at the Accor arena ten minutes down the road and all the hotels were sold-out. However, as we were going to that same concert we were happy to pay.

Great position and nice and quiet, despite being so central. Staff always friendly, and place very clean. Has a nice little courtyard, which is cool when hot outside

A small room for night stay. It was clean, the condition was ok. Compared to Paris prices it was good. Very close to Metro 6 station: 3 min walk. I did not take breakfast, but it would have been 11 Euro which is not expensive and looked good.

The bad was too close to the window so I could not practically handle the curtain and the window.
