    Cons -

    • Very dirty hotel. The pictures shown online are nothing like the hotel in real life. We were beyond disappointed when we got to the hotel. Tiny rooms, dirty floors, dirty walls, sticky bathroom floors, nasty stains on the carpets, it was beyond disgusting
    • Loyalty program perhaps?
    • Room was very small for 2 with luggage.

Great location, lovely spa and nice room.

The beds are very comfortable and you get free tea and coffee in addition to that provided in your room.

The rooms were very basic and bland. The private pool/sauna is very nice but you only get one person included in your booking...it is not a 45 minute session per room. You have to pay an additional EUR 40 for the second person. This is just money grabbing, especially when the rooms are already more expensive than others in the area.

Really nice staff, great location, room temperature was hard to control but this was a minor detail. Very comfortable and clean and the room was left spotless each day.

    Nothing!

Location (super local neighborhood) and front desk were just lovely.

Rooms can be a upgraded, especially the terraces, and the spa amenities should be made clear that it’s simply the sauna and pool — not worth it to pay more for the spa rate. I would next time book the spa separately especially since it gets booked up quickly, not guaranteeing access.

Location was lovely, so close to gare du Nord. Room was very comfortable too, the bed was divine, I fell asleep in seconds. Very quiet and peaceful. The spa before bedtime was just perfect too. Breakfast was also lovely.

There were some issues with water temperature in the spa

    Location

Room was small, WC was separate from the WHB and shower. Terrace was internalised in the building.Furniture in room was too tight for the room size and caused an accident during the night when the fire alarm went off. Spa was great but the second time there was an empty bottle of fizz and glasses on the poolside and no clean glasses to enjoy a drink of cold water.

Everything was amazing. We had a penthouse suite and had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the room was very clean. Staff were very informative and spoke very clearly in English when I struggled in French. The Spa was just something else. Complete privacy for 45 minutes.

    Nothing at all

    9DaniellaPosted on: 10-31-2025

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had all we needed

It was too hot and the heating couldn’t be controlled as the heating was turned on for the whole hotel. And they didn’t have fans they could give guests.

    9MargaretPosted on: 9-28-2025

The staff at the reception were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They went beyond my expectations to make sure my stay was perfect!

Fire alarm twice activated in less than 24 hours of check in. Whilst inconvenient to evacuate my room, staff were calm and reassuring as it was a ‘false’ alarm and returned to my room very quickly.

    Good location and friendly staff.

The bedroom was dusty, and the toilet was separate from the rest of the bathroom.

This non flashy hotel is in a side street very close to St George metro and a street full of mouth watering shops selling cheeses, meats, croissants - a foody’s paradise. Very lively in the evening with lots of places to eat and drink. Our superior room was a good size with a huge comfortable bed. The balcony was compact but provided an outside space to sit. The shower was excellent. Kettle, coffee machine and fridge provided. The staff were delightful and very helpful . We arrived by Eurostar to Gare du Nord. Walked to hotel. About 25 mins. Buy yourself a good street map of Paris. It’s a fabulous city. We did 50,000 steps in two and half days as well as enjoying the metro which basically costs £2.20 per journey regardless of how far you go - it seems. We paid £20 each to go in the Louvre. If you do this you need to plan your visit as it is huge and crowded. We did not enjoy it .

My husband was disappointed the steam room was not working but that could have been our error. Check in case you have to say you want to use it when you book your slot in spa in advance which you must do

Location is fantastic, 20min walk from Gare du Nord. Complementary coffee (machine that does café au lait, and other options). Fridge in the room (for all the delicious French cheeses!). Steam room and pool to cap it off! Complementary macarons were in our room when we arrived - delicious!

    Nothing, everything is great

The staff were incredibly welcoming throughout, the pool was fantastic, wish we’d booked a second session! The location was fantastic, walking distance into the core of Paris and moments from the Sacre Couer - surrounded by fab restaurants and independent shops. Great coffee and breakfast - we’ll be back!
