Pros +
- The location is great. Just a short walk to many museums & the Notre Dame Cathedral.
- An unusually large room, clean and nice, quiet street, my favorite location in Paris, good breakfast, helpful staff
- Free coffee and the stuff are quite friendly
Cons -
- It is very, very small. As with many old, boutique hotels there is no A/C. It was uncomfortably hot. I am only recommending this hotel for those on a budget who want mostly want just a bed & shower.
- Pillow too low and after the request there are no additional pillows for us.Next is not the hotel issue. It’s that vibration and noise are quite strong when the metro train pass by underground.
- The room was much too warm, and there was no way to regulate the temperature, beyond opening the window, but then there was outside noise, so my sleep wasn't as good as I might have had.

The location was excellent, and extremely affordable for the area. The staff were lovely, and breakfast was perfect. I've already recommended it to a colleague.

After a horrific experience at a nearby studio apartment, where I was unfortunately woken by a rat during the night, staying at this hotel was an absolute relief. The team could not have done more for me and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was large, bright, spotlessly clean, and exactly what I needed after such an unsettling experience. The bed was very comfortable, with clean, crisp sheets, and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water.Having breakfast included was a real delight. The spread was impressive, with a wide selection of fresh pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, cereals, and a great choice of juices, milk, and dairy-free alternatives.A perfect stay — calm, comfortable, and well looked after. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.
The only minor downside was that the walls were quite thin, and the doors were noisy when closing, so I could occasionally hear a child crying and other guests coming and going. That said, this was a small issue compared to the overall comfort and quality of the stay.
Location and personnel
My wife got bitten by bedbugs, eight times and I could count one go me. Her insect bite site got inflamed.
Great staff and nice breakfast spread. Great location.
Nothing. It was great for the price and location.
Excellent location. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Would have been great to have a kettle in the room, with some tea, coffee and sugar sachets.
Location, location location! It made my stay so wonderful.
On my last night I wanted a shower before bed. I had an early flight in the morning. Well, the handle in the shower came off with the cold water running! I couldn't fix it and the desk person could only turn the water off. I asked to take a shower in an empty room but no luck there. I would feel better if I was offered some compensation. Everything else was great.
The location, the views and how clean they rooms were.
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have coffee, tea and juice always available. Very good location. Comfortable bed.
My only complaint is that it says it's accessible but there's are five steps to get to the elevator. Fine for me but not for all wheelchair users.
The breakfast was good
It mentioned that there was coffee and tea in the room but there was none
The hotel staff were fantastic!! Very helpful and friendly!Check in was quick and easy. The location was also great.Would definitely stay again and would recommend!
The location is great
The shower is really bad and not too clean, bathroom is way too small
Nice, claen excellent location!
I had two bedrooms and the second obe the bed was too small
Bad
Breakfast was terrible. Nothing hot to eat or drink, was more like a make it yourself as if you had booked a room with a kitchen. Also it looked like before the renovation it was another hotel, they renovated this for the worst otherwise I don't know how much worst could it have been before, as it was well rated and with good breakfast I thought it was going to be nice, but it's so bad quality of everything for the price. Not recommended at all.
The location was fantastic. Right next to Metro entrance to the biggest in Paris. Sat at cafe outside with view of Notre Dames bells.. 10 minutes walk to the Louvre, 30 minutes to the Eiffel Tower, right next to the Seine.Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. The room had Netflix .
I had had a really bad time getting a room; the Hotels.com app changed my arrival date, not once, but twice. I was exhausted and on my third hotel with only 36 hours to explore the city. Not only were they welcoming, but the man at the front desk would not take my reservation number because he said I was a person, not a number, so delightful! The room was perfect, clean, and small. My room, 12, may not be great for a larger person to move around the bathroom. One block from the Seine, walkable to everything, and a metro stop right outside the door.
Prefect location in the heart of Paris. Walking distance from most of the major sights and by Chateler metro stop, on the lines for CDG airport and Montparnasse station for the TGV. Very friendly staff on reception, including late at night.
I would have liked a kettle in the room, but there was one to use in the open reception/ breakfast area. The hotel is simple, but modern, clean and quiet. Great considering the location.
Great location near the river, restaurants and a Metro station. Excellent staff. Comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast.
No hairdryer. Rumble from Metro trains.
