Best Western Premier Trocadero La Tour Hotel

Good helpful staff

Rooms were heating up in night and the thermostat weren't working

Updated and modern in a classic French 200 yr old hotel. Super quaint, funky and walking distance to shops food transit and attractions.

The location was very convenient. Close to several Meyro stations. Quiet location. Within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower.

The WiFi quality was very poor. Lack of satellite TV stations for non-French language. Bedding was not changed during stay. Extra toilet paper was t replaced when used. No shower door/curtain on tub - water everywhere when used.

the house keeping is up to date, clean every day same staff are trying their best to meet the customer demand

at the arrivel the staff on duty made us pay more for the taxi 75. not good and about breakfast. we book the hotel cuz of the free breakfast on the websit.reaching there we are toll we have to pay for breakfast. the hotel is not what we expected small

Small room. Most taxis did not know where it was. A little fat from the tourist sights.

The location was great- close to metro station, restaurants, Eiffel Tower! Room was nice!

There was a front desk staff person . She was of English decent by her accent. was the best part of our experience. She was friendly and very helpful. On our first trip to Paris, she helped us find routes, restaurants and more.

Our corner room was ill-figured. YOu could not even sit straight on the toilet the room was so cramped. And I am not a tall man. Elevator was not working. Not easy hauling all that luggage up a few flights of stairs.

Hotel staff were very helpful.

Very clean, cozy. Employees at front desk were great. Especially Florian. Breakfast was lovely.

Everything,small room at night shift only one staff working in the reception.when asking them for anything they said we have it here can you go down and take it , small elevator no one help or even offer to help with my bags ( i had four bags and tiny left can’t take more than one bag per time ) I want to thank Mr.Mohammad and Miss .ludmela they were very kind and helpful and he tried sooo much to help us with everything they could help .

Vintage Paris, authentic Parisian feel. It has a farmer’s market close by.

Elevator was small only one person and and luggage. But this is normal in some of the older hotel buildings

Location is terrific. Staff is super! Helpful and friendly!!

A little quirky…door keys needing to be frequently re-coded… elevator not working one afternoon.
