It is close, 6 minutes walk, from Roissy bus to CDG and Printemps and Galleries la Fayette

Shortage and then absence of tea/coffee and milk in the room

Perfect location in central Paris between Opera, Madeleine and Saint Lazarre station. All at walking distance. All transportations available walking distance. Very clean hotel and staff are kind. Nothing bad to mention about this cozy hotel. Even the space was ok cause Parisian hotels are usually very tight. For 2 people the room was enough including our luggage. Didn’t try the breakfast, it looked correct but at 16€/person we preferred to eat outside.

No drink water offered. Have to pay for it so we bought from supermarket. But not a real problem.

The location was very central and easy to get public transport to various points of interest. The room was lovely, cosy and had all amenities typically required. We only had breakfast once over the 4 days we stayed as we went out to cafes, but the day we did have it, it was great. The staff were amazing - Valerie, Miriam and Anais were really welcoming and others like Dany, Thomas, Ahned and Eric were fantastic too.

Location is perfect, almost didn’t need to use public transport. Proximity to a RoissyBus stop is a huge plus, had to go CDG airport very early and it saved me. Besides that, staff is very polite and responsive - I had a problem with a sink in my room and they fixed it same day, not to say cleaned the room twice in three days. Special thanks for a little note and balloons celebrating my mom’s birthday upon arrival. Very sweet!

Staff exceptionally friendly and helplful. Location is excellent for central Paris, the nearest metro only metres away, short walks to Louvre, Champs Elysees etc. Very comfortable and cosy

Excellent, location and safe. Gallery Lafyette literally a minute's walk. The hotel was stylish, and quaunt. Very clean and obliging staff.

Very close to the Opera metro station, in a safe neighborhood. The room was quite clean and relatively spacious for Paris. Staff were kind and helpfull.

The room could use a mirror above the desk and a mini fridge.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating with our limited French. Would highly recommend to English speakers. The value was great given you are walking distance to the Louvre. The staff helped us figure out Metro routes to make it to the Paris St Germain stadium, which was a great experience.
