Good location, modern, beautiful looking interiors. Close to transport links. Friendly staff great view

The shower was a bit cramped and water ended up over the bathroom floor, but was still okay just a tad on the small side and felt like we were making a mess for the house keepers

The staff did Not clean the room when we asked them to. And then on another occasion Cleaned the room when we specifically said not to enter the room. Was not thrilled that they din't listen

Great location, there is a metro 1 minute walk away and it doesn’t take long to get to Annie major attractions.

The second night we stayed we only had one fresh towel. They left the other one from the night before.

We stayed on the 4th floor. our daughters stayed in a more updated room with wood floors and large bathroom. Our room was a bit more dated with carpet on the floor and the toilet in a separate area but still a very good sized room.

The location was a bit further away from the Arc de Triomph than i anticipated

This boutique hotel was a home from home. From stepping inside we felt at home and at ease. The room was beautiful as were all the interiors of the hotel. The bed was so comfortable and so were the pillows we slept so well. There was coffee always available and the staff were so friendly and helpful and really welcoming.

The size of the room is amazing. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast was of a very good quality. Close to the train station

Would recommend the hotel to family and friends. Our room was fairly small but clean and practical. Enjoyed the bath tub after full day of sightseeing. Good breakfast to prepare you for the busy day. Super friendly , smiling staff ready to help.

Room could be somewhat bigger.

Heated towel rack was great. Good breakfast.

Elevator was tiny, old, cramped, and broke down on the day we left. Fortunately, we were not in it when it stopped working.

Deluxe double room was very comfortable. Bed excellent and the bath tub was phenomenal. Nice coffee machine as well.Well linked as 2 min walk away from metro to get into the busier districts. Easy to get a taxi to and from airport also.

Some confusion by staff - had enquired about an extra package with champagne etc for a special occasion. I was willing to pay for this. The staff member on the desk when I arrived seemed to think this wouldn't be possible - they did however offer some chocolate, a balloon and 3 macarons which was v kind .

Lovely hotel and room, we got a view of the Eiffel Tower which was really special. Big and comfortable king size bed. Really nice area although a bit further out of the centre.

Thin walls, we could hear the people in the room next to us so recommend bringing ear plugs.

For Paris, the rooms were very reasonably sized, with good elevator access as well. The rooms offer basic amenities, and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The staff were lovely—very polite and always available at the desk. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to metro and bus lines, and there are small boulangeries, supermarkets, and restaurants all within walking distance.

The overall cleanliness of the accommodation was let down by the fact that, over our four-night stay, the bed linen was never changed. Additionally, the rooms have very few amenities such as cutlery, plates, or napkins; however, these can be requested from reception if needed.

Love the staff and breakfast was quite nice.

We loved this hotel and will definitely be back. The staff are friendly and professional. We were near the bus stops and metro was around the corner. Paris is a walking city so you’re never stranded with public transport. The elevator was a bonus. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a view of the courtyard. The water pressure was perfect and the rooms were warm for a Paris winter Christmas.

You can hear people in each room, so no soundproofing due to age of the building.Reception can give you earplugs if you need.

Lovely and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom.

The shower set up specifically water overflowing onto the floor when you shower. The shower cubicle needed extra drainage to stop the overflow.

Had a lovely view, was cozy and in a good location.

The tv had no wifi connection other than that was perfect!
