The hotel was within 5-10 minutes walking distance from many attractions, cafes, and grocery stores! The staff was always available at the front desk and extremely friendly and welcoming.

The wifi was not reliable within our room and seemed to only work in the lobby which was not the most desirable.

The staff was so friendly, helpful and patient. The location was great, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and many cafes and restaurants.

The manager and the location were the only good things about this hotel. She was sweet and took care of us and really helped ease the situation we ran into at this hotel.

Pretty much everything- the person who checked us in was so rude and really did not help us out. I had to pay for an extra room where the manager the next day made an accommodation that the man who checked us in refused to do. The room was not clean.

WIFI TROUBLES

Lovely staff, very welcoming. The continental breakfast for 16.50 was very good, especially compared to cafes we stopped at during our stay. The rooms are very small but adequate for the time actually spent in it. Location was perfect too.

Slight musty smell in room, as if it hadn't been used but we opened windows and it was fine. Carpets were a bit tired but on the whole everything was great.

Great location, close to Metro station and good cafes. Also close to Eiffel tower. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Would have liked to have some washcloths in the bathroom.

Great location, great hotel and great people

Bathroom was big, the staff was nice, it was a good location.

They had a plumbing problem. There was no hot water from about 7 pm to about noon the next day. They didn’t inform us until when I tried to take a shower around midnight. I had to take two ice cold showers and wash my hair in ice cold water. I understand that problems happen. If they would’ve told us at 7 pm we could’ve tried to find another hotel.

The location was very convenient!

The closet parking we could find was quite a distance and very expensive.

The room was not what I reserved. The beds were extremely small and we kept falling out of the bed during the night because they were toddler beds and very uncomfortable and the mattresses were lumpy and leaning causing us to fall to the floor during the night.Also, the area where the hotel is located is not very clean or well kept with dog poop everywhere. I specifically requested the executive suite that I had previous and was given a different roo., smaller, but charged for the larger room. And the beds were so small our feet were hanging off and nit even enough room to move or you fall to the floor.

It was clean and in a great location, near bus stops and a metro and the Arc de Triumphe.

The entire staff was great. The young lady at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. She was from Spain, sorry but I missed her name.

We chose the larger room with a tub and handheld shower. It was very hard for my husband to get out of it. We should have gone with the shower.

Well located and friendly staff

Consistent issues with water temperature and pressure - as in no hot water would come out the shower. Only freezing cold. Staff blamed it on the room being on the top floor (seems that water should work on all floors!). They did move me to a different floor but issues continued.

The location is excellent, the room are small like all in Paris but was clean. i don't taka breakfast becouse the are a lot of option near the hotel. But the best are the people in the hotel, you can save your luggage after and before end your reservation.

The bathtub is to high for older person but is clean.

The room, location, breakfast and especially the staff—friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
