Decor, cleanliness, quality of bedding, towels, layout of room and Parisian charm. Staff was excellent, too. Best of all was the price!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. Close to metro station.

The property was not cleaned properly on our arrival, we had to ask staff to clean certain things like glasses and cups.The lift was not working, and had to carry our luggage all the way up to the 2nd floor through the stairs On the day before our last day, daily cleaning was not done at all and when we requested cleaning we were told the cleaners had already left

Broken lift and not working heating...Would be fair stop selling rooms if lift is not working as goi g up 7th floor is really exhausting... or at least to warn guests as if we knew we would never book it

The location is 10/10, metro is 100m away, there's a bike rental place around the corner. There are nice restaurants, fast food places, markets open until late hours with good price very close to the hotel.The bed is very big and comfortable, the air conditioning is a little slow to reach the desired temperature, but very good at keeping it throughout the night.The staff is friendly and speak good English.

The elevator was broken during our stay, we arrived on a Sunday evening and thought it'd be fixed by Monday, but left on Tuesday and it was still broken. Our room was on the 7th floor, so going up so many stairs was a nightmare.

Perfect location. Plenty of shops and food/ bars within walking distance. Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much. Would love to return soon. Thank you.

Close to some of Paris Landmarks. Good shopping. Great restaurants around the area. Breakfast included and great service from staff.

Towels were thin and hard to dry yourself. Room we had was small. Less than we expected as was on the ground floor.

The hotel doesn’t have parking area, and on the information says that they have it. I payed 90 euros for parking outside.
