Hotel Massena

Superb location. Basically the room is barely tolerable, but it is close to everything, restaurants and sites included. The breakfast and Fabienne who served it were fine.

The room was tiny. The elevator was equally tiny and also noisy and unreliable. And climbing spiralling flights of stairs dragging suitcases is an experience best avoided. Two twin beds pressed together does not a double bed make.

Perfect location. 2 minutes by walking to metro. You can even walk to famous locations such as place de la concorde, place vendome, jardin des tuileries and etc. Rooms are a bit small but enough for a single and short stay. Staff was super friendly, I slept well at night. Definitely recommend!

Location was great! Just a stone's throw away from Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, and Madeleine.

The aircon/heater could not be turned on. No ventilation through the night. Pillow was a bit too flat too soft.

The property is very close to all the major tourist attractions, and everything is within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. The property was also very clean, and housekeeping cleaned the room every day.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

The room was comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for my activities.

The breakfast was expensive and limited. If you have the time, there are other options in the area.

The location is perfect. You can access popular spots by walk, like Concord, Opera etc..

No kettles in the room, but the staffs provide hot water 24/7 when you ask.

The location is very good, close to the metro station. The room was clean.

The heating(AC) wasn’t working. We told the staff but nothing changed.

Room bigger than usual for one person. Comfortable bed. Access 24h/7.

Location

Shower over bath was dangerous and had to change rooms. Very thin walls so could hear neighbours.

This boutique hotel had the joy of quiet air conditioning & really comfy beds. It was fresh, clean, very central and was staffed by smiling, obliging and efficient staff.

Decaffeinated coffee sachets in the room was genuinely the only slightly annoying part of a beautiful stay!

Room size adequate for single person. Short walk to metro and Concorde. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Only 1 of the 2 rooms had coffee making facilities.

Clean, particularly the bathroom was nicely renovated. I also liked the old-fashioned key instead of a plastic card key. The staff at the reception were nice people.

The room itself wasn't small, but two single beds took up room at the center leaving little place to walk around, so the foot traffic wasn't easy.
