Staff was amazing, great location. Very nice lobby. The rooms are comfortable.

we liked the location, the courtesy of the staff and also special mention to the breakfast staff: he was very kind, serving fresh ingredients and extra attention to the little ones. Also we noted they were flexible with breakfast time when guets came in way after the usual end time.

Great location, but not near super busy areas so we felt safe which was very important for us as two women abroad in a city alone!

It was Clean

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but not too bad. Possibly due to the New Year period, there was no room service at all and no food service available. There were also no slippers in the room. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t say it was good either.

People-very helpful, warm, friendly Location-very central especially if you would like to walk. Close to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Trocadero and Eiffel Tower Salience-the street it was located was very calm

Beds-I requested a single bed of double size, they simply joined two single beds. As a result, I was falling in between

I never managed to connect to the WiFi.I had to ask for a code at the reception but there was no real explanation on how to connect and since I had a lot of meetings, I didn’t have time to sort this out.

We were there, following a medical challenge, and your reception staff were very kind, unobtrusive, and understanding. It was very much appreciated.

The receptionists were very friendly in my presence to check in and out. The room is quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it a lot. I hope to stay at the hotel again.

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was decent. Overall nice people. Metro was a short walk away. Quiet neighbourhood; close to LV Fondation museum, Place de Victor Hugo, and Arc de Triomphe (all positives)

Ok so, we stayed in the deluxe suite on the second floor (which we had to upgrade to to add a sofa bed); unfortunately, the soundproofing above this room was poor. So that meant you could hear every chair scraping, furniture moving, kid running on the floor, people walking on the hallways etc. It’s not just the suite above, it’s noise perhaps moving through the pipes in the wall and impacting the whole suite. What we expected was a nice, quiet neighborhood; what we got was a night with no sleep

Cleanliness, location and staff

The lift was too small for our stroller, but we managed to make it work.

I had the pleasure of spending a week at Hotel Fuch in Paris, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I made my reservation, Samia—who assisted me throughout—was an absolute delight. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, even upgrading my room and checking in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely cared for.The hotel itself is immaculate. My room was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and elegantly designed. Room service was prompt and excellent. The entire property reflects a high standard of care and sophistication.The location is another highlight — perfectly situated near everything, yet tucked away on a calm and chic Parisian street. It’s the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility.I cannot recommend Hotel Fuch enough. It exceeded every expectation, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Paris.

Excellent service. We have arrived early, very friendly check in, after that the lady in the breakfast area has been very very friendly and offered us coffee and something to eat even if the breakfast was already closed, thank you very much. The day after at breakfast we received again a wonderful service from a friendly man. Check out, again, very friendly. Have you heard the words "The staff makes the difference?". It's true and in this hotel you understand what does it mean.
