Marceau Champs-Elysées

The location was excellent, just a block from the main shopping street, and the room was a very good size as had a corner room on the 6th floor.As we arrived late at night, there was a very good Lebanese restaurant right next to the hotel that stays up late.

The wifi was very weak

We had a great stay at this hotel, with an excellent location right in the centre of Paris and close to all the main sights, making it easy to get around and simple to reach from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated being able to leave our bags at reception on our last day due to our late flight, which allowed us to continue exploring the city stress-free.

The only downside was that there was no coffee machine in the bedroom, but there are drink-making facilities available downstairs, which was still convenient

The location is excellent and the staff was really friendly. The public space for guests where you can get free coffee or tea was also really nice.

Great location and very friendly staff. We were there for New Year and it was very thoughtful of them to give a cookie and a New Year note.

Terrible wi-fi. No sound proof. Was terrible hearing other guests coming’home’ at 1-2am, taking showers etc etc. Extremely small rooms with very little place to put or hang things.

Location was really good. Very comfortable. Room size was good. Quiet and relaxing. Next to good restaurants, a few supermarkets and bakery’s.

Great location, very close to all the attractions and pretty much walking distance everywhere. Rooms are very clean and the housekeeping did a good job as well of cleaning and replacing used towels with fresh ones everyday of our stay. Extremely helpful and courteous staff, especially Ymad at the reception, he went out of his way to help us get in touch with our airline since we were dealing with missed baggage issues. Highly recommend anyone want to explore or visit Paris. Wish we had more days and were able to stay longer.

The location is superb, the price is lowest I could find for this location. The room was okay, the hotel is old but well maintained, so for this price the value for money is okay.

Breakfast room is so small and so stuffy because the kitchen is right inside, the variety is quite small.

Close to all the places that I wanted to visit while visiting Paris and is a couple of minutes walk from my relatives residence.

You sleep (room 21) above a nightclub/club. We were disturbed by the music until 3:00 in the morning.You can also enjoy it when your neighbours use the bathroom. The hotel is extremely noisy and absolutely not insulated, which is something you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

We like the location! It was close to everything and you can easily walk into everywhere within 15-20 min walk.

The room is so so small and it’s not sound proof and we can hear even the shower from the room close to us. We can hear everything.

Great location, near the underground station and landmarks, lots of bar and restaurants and a really good WeWork 5 mins away. Breakfast was good

The internet at the hotel was really bad, had to go to the WeWork, the hairdryer broke they replaced it immediately otherwise it was all good and I would stay there again

A lovely little hotel, but what absolutely blew me away was the reception staff. I encountered two of them and you really could not ask for anyone better!They were friendly, efficient, happy to share tons of local knowledge and just really want everyone to have the best stay. I thought the staff were the very best I've ever encountered, and I've been travelling for business for 30 years. The hotel had a small and caring vibe to it. I'd very happily book again.

My room was on the top floor and it got quite warm up there

We liked the location of the hotel, it was within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and L’Arch de Tripmphe and Champs Elysées.

The room was very small and not as spacious as expected.

The breakfast was right next to our room. We thought it would be loud and it was not. The rooms were very clean and updated.

The shower in the room we were in did not have a separator from the toilet, so the water went everywhere.....but it was a large bathroom area. It was just interesting.

Location was perfect for a short stay in Paris. 5 mins to Arc de Triumph and 5 mins to Champs Elysees. About a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and Seine. It would be uphill on the way back though! The M1 metro at St George station was also 5 mins walk away and took you to all of the tourist attractions with ease on one single line. There were lots of shops/ restaurants nearby (the one directly opposite- Sophia’s, an Italian restaurant was truly amazing)! We would definitely stay here again if coming to Paris. Rooms were very quiet. Free tea and coffee and a honesty system for other items. Safe and fridge in room. Lots of storage.

The bathroom- only very close couples would be comfortable with glass (only partially frosted) doors that left a gap of see through glass at the top and bottom and didn’t quite meet in the middle! I have no idea who designed them in place of a regular door but they are off putting and even the curtain in front didn’t help.
