Check in was an absolute mess. The room was old. Didn¿t feel like a 4 star hotel

the cleanliness. The first room we were booked for was covered in mold. The ¿upgraded¿ room we were put in after complaining about the mold was filthy and had a horrific smell. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be following up

Excellent staff. Room service and housekeeping were very friendly and went above and beyond for us. Reception very efficient and helpful. The location is perfect.

Refrigerators in both rooms not working and staff/hotel unable to fix or replace. Rooms need upgrade, stained carpets, needs paint. Shower entry/exit is big safety issue. Concierge staff a bit abrupt/unhelpful. Reserved taxi issue, hard to get local taxi.

hotel proposed us to chose a bed. We selected extra large bed from proposals. So we got 2 attached single beds instead of one large. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. Also: 1 small bottle of water for 3 nights stay. 2 capsules of coffee for 3 nights stay. We booked the room with the terrace which can't to be proposed and charged in addition when it's raining. No roof there and it's not possible to use it. Doors to terrace are opening very hard. This hotel is not value for money for sure

Location, staff and cost

Overall, my stay was acceptable, but I have an important comment regarding the bathroom design. The space was divided into two separate, very narrow units, which felt impractical and uncomfortable to use. Combining them into a single bathroom would have provided a more spacious and functional layout, resulting in a better guest experience. I hope this feedback is considered for future improvements.

The stay was wonderful, and the service was excellent. The hotel was very clean and completely quiet. The friendly staff offered us complimentary fruit and macarons, and having a bidet in the bathroom was fantastic. Room service was excellent, and thank you to the kind manager, Annabella, who welcomed us warmly and generously. She was always in touch with me and met all my needs. She was very friendly, helpful, and sophisticated in her dealings. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was a pleasant stay together with my family . The room was good and accommodating the 3 of us.

There were2 elevators and one was not working throughout our stay. This did cause queues at the elevator

The suite was so good and the size was perfect for me and my family , and the staff was so friendly and welcoming from the bellboy to the reception

just one thing there was alot of cigarette smiles in the suite but the rest all was good and when they come to clean they dont remove the dental kit boxes that we use they keep them in the bathroom

Honestly nothing only the location

Everything is not clean, they don't change the sheets, the cups, the toilet, and everything is not clean, no dental kit or any kits, the elevators take forever and are always under maintenance
