Location is great. It is very clean. The air conditioning is great!

The elevator is too small.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the kitchen to maid service. Location is good - a short walk to the Luxembourg Gardens and Metro stop - direct line to the airport.

The room and the elevator were small, but that's what you get in older buildings.

Secure & convenience location, warm and friendly staffs, delicious breakfast, reasonable prices, quiet & comfortable lodging. We are very satisfied with our 12-day Hotel Alysa-Lusembourg Paris stay and highly recommend it to all!

Location to metro, friendly staff, has airco, tea facilities, hairdryer. Shops and cafes close by, parks etc.

Bathroom a little small but it is Paris, so understand dimensions for the city.

The reception staff was exceptional. They were so helpful in providing directions and general information.

The daily cleaning service provided could have been improved. We were surprised at the lack of certain amenities - no shampoo and the soap provided was so tiny!! Lack of a washer and dryer on the property was also a disappointment.

Internet was terrible. Room was small. No free breakfast. Staff was not always accessible. Garbage piled right outside the front door of hotel.

Great location, nice shower and nice to have a small refrigerator.

Close to everything and the front desk was very helpful.

Hotel was hacked

We booked a room here to only find out that their system was hacked so we were left without a room apparently somehow it was hacked. When we arrived there were about 15-20 other people waiting in the hotel with the same situation. So we ended finding another hotel. Thankfully there was one closed by. Although it did seem like a nice hotel I been in Paris many times and never seen this happen but staff seem somewhat calm.

Great location on a quiet street near all the major attractions and steps from a bakery, cafes, bistros, Luxembourg Gardens and the RER. The helpful and friendly staff answered all questions about transportation and sites. Having an elevator and air conditioning. This is a caring and joyful place.

Spotty WiFi in room, but WiFi is perfect for email in lobby.

Stylish, clean and amazing location; nice and helpful receptionists

It was cozy clean and comfortable but if you booked on book it. com and paid to them when I arrive at hotel they didn’t see the payment for the promotion I had to pay more once I got there. Hotel never resolve my issue with the spam they said was currently on the site wasn’t them. The lobby was packed on Christmas Day people was complaining about their credit card being cancel in the midst of possibly not know what to do or where to stay. One of staff member left me her # for me on what’s app. I reach back out to her yesterday she wasn’t able to resolve my issue as I travel back to U.S tomorrow.

It’s an old building elevator is very old fashion and only one person at a time can fit. It’s like a shoe box it’s very scary for me.

This is a lovely hotel/boutique in a great location.Highly recommend taking the train from CDG, it's very easy with a metro stop near hotel. Brasserie , Cafe and bakery all nearby.Bring comfortable walking shoes. Mommie/Daughter Holiday trip this past week, clocked in over 35 miles of walking in 5 days. Lots to see.Our room was on the 5th floor, yes, with Parisian tiny elevator! We did have a view of the Eiffel Tower. Bathroom was small as expected, updated and very clean. I would recommend bringing your own hairdryer for comfort, though one was provided.Our room was cleaned and refreshed everyday, great sleeping beds and provided a calming end to the day.We spent 5 nights.Highly recommend.

We did prepay for breakfast in their lovely breakfast room, decorated in a holiday theme.A fresh display of fruits, breads, jellies, eggs, etc and of course coffee. Im glad it was there, but not sure I'd do again . Daughter was busy trying to find a local Cafe and bakery for breakfast.

The elevator did not work on the 2nd day and our room was on thr 6th floor - but I guess, that was just an unfortunate incident.

Elevator. Very small, fits 2 persons at best, typical for old buildings.During morning and afternoon "rush hours" was almost always unavailable, which made us climb to the 4th floor 3-4 times a day.
