Hôtel Poussin

When we entered the room, we were unpleasantly surprised. It didn't match the photos. It was the same room in the photo, only the photo had been heavily edited. The room was on the ground floor, which was very uncomfortable. The room was also unpleasant, not very well cleaned, and we didn't want to return to it at all after such a beautiful city as Paris. Overall, the room was depressing. The price was greatly overpriced for the quality of service. Regarding the breakfast, it was decent by Parisian standards. There were croissants, meat, and cheese. Again, for Paris, this is considered a good breakfast.

I absolutely disliked everything about the room. The price was way too high for that kind of room. The room was dark and depressing.

There was no air conditioning, the window couldn't be left open because the sounds of the car way could be heard from outside. The toilet door creaked and the sound came through the walls.

Hotel is simple but pleasant and conveniently located very near an event I attended & with a little outdoor area at the back.

The internet connection was terribly poor, which in 2024 is totally unacceptable. Furthermore, the lift is archaic and way too small.

Great location right in the middle of Auteuil. Very kind staff, available for a late check-in. No fee for our dog which was great. It was very clean.

The bathroom amenities could have been better, e.g. the shower glass not staying in place, the bathroom sink being quite uncomfortable to use.

Excellent location, very professional and polite staff. Room was perfect for a solo traveler. Did not have A/C but with the garden side, windows open, and a fan, it was quite pleasant—Even in August. The hotel offered fantastic value.

the room was too small, the walls too thin. Also, because the room was so small, there was no proper way of sitting in the room with a proper desk and chair. So if you are just a tourist it's ok. For work, the room was not good.

There was no working air conditioning in the room which was extremely hot and sleeping was head. A tower fan was provided ,which only circulated warm air.

Room not at all clean, our ‘Triple room’ was a double bed with a (dirty) pull out couch that we had to make up ourselves. Only 2 towels and 1 roll toilet paper. The cot provided was dirty, I couldn’t use it. Had to sit sideways on toilet as bathroom was so small and I’m not tall! Sheets also had marks on them. ‘Fitness centre’ was a broken old exercise bike perched between two overflowing ashtrays!! I probably wouldn’t pay extra for breakfast, just go down the street and have a nice breakfast somewhere else.

Excellent location, easy access to the metro.Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean.
