Walking distance to metro and bus systems.

Happy hour / tea time was to be included. I had to pay 18$ for a vodka in the rocks.

The bed was the best part of the room, very comfy. The bathroom is TINY, the shower flooded the floor everyday and I had to use a towel to dry it up. There is nowhere to put your toiletries. I could only put my toothbrush on the shelf. The airconditioning worked well.

The front staff was not helpful at all. They provided horrible dining recommendations and were not able to organize a taxi/ car service to get to the airport with enough luggage room as we asked the night before.

V clean and staff v helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Everything within the hotel, all hand wash, lotions, toilet papers etc, all are Green! Running theme of the hotel, recycled etc.

Great location! So easy to get everywhere and loads of great restaurants close by! The Hotel was really lovely - the room was immaculate and has great facilities! The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Only negative was that we couldn't get the aircon to come on when the room got too warm, so we had to open the window. It's a quiet area so when there is a noise you hear it with the open window.

Good location, clean, and had all the basics. Rooms are small.

Breakfast was very basic, not quite the buffet you would get at other hotels and they couldn’t cater to gluten free.

Rooms were a little small

The rooms were super clean, the air conditioning worked perfect. We had the room with the balcony and our kids stayed across the hall facing the street. We were glad the hotel was on the smaller side so our kids weren't so far away from us.The location was perfect with cute cafés right on the street. It was a two block walk to the metro, which was super convenient.

Modern hotel with Parisian charm. Excellent central location with great transportation links - 10 minutes from Gare du Nord and walking distance to Montmartre, the Opera, and lots of local restaurants and stores nearby. Friendly, attentive staff. Spacious, spotless rooms, with stylish, lux bedding. Everything was well above expectations, and we had a fantastic and memorable stay!!!

There was no iron in the room, but one was provided as soon as we asked.

Great location, friendly staff and clean/ new rooms

Rooms are super small but cosy

Staff was impeccable. Room was small, but normal for Paris. Most everything was great.

Only improvements would be not asking for the iron and ironing board to be set outside the room after use. We used them 2x every day, and there were many irons in the storage closet, so this seemed overly cautious, but understandable. Counter space is non-existent in the bathroom, but there were two sinks which was nice. I'd strongly suggest adding a larger shelf by the sinks and trading the optics of more space for more functional design.

The Air conditioning worked, unlike the property we originally booked at. Thankfully this hotel had a vacancy and we were able to move here instead of sweating all night at other location.

The room was clean and felt luxury although it was rather small. The amenities are replaced everyday. The room had a quite small table for kettle and cups; but there was no coffee machine.

The description of the room included air conditioning but the air con did not work due to the weather (spring and the hotel advised the guests to open the windows for cooler air). As our room on the 4th floor faced the street, our room was never quiet (and we requested a quiet room).

The hotel was clean and well positioned. Bed was very big and extremely comfortable.

The bathroom was very very small so not suitable for larger or less mobile people.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was a one minute walk from a metro station, just outside a bus station and surrounded by wonderful cafes and bars. The staff were lovely and always helpful, they even cleaned our room each day so we always had a clean and comfortable room to return to after a full day. They offered dinner and even recommended amazing restraunts and attractions. We would choose to stay with Hotel R de Paris again.
