There were some minor issues that could have been fixed: a broken toilet paper holder and a non-working mirror light.

Location, the staff and the bedroom space in general were pretty good!

The room didn’t really match the pictures showed on the website, so the bathroom was a bit disappointing.

Great location for the metro and restraunts

a significant incident that occurred during our recent three-night stay at Makom Pereire.​On our second night, at approximately 4:45 AM, the fire alarm sounded. My wife and I were forced to wake up abruptly and evacuate. Upon arrival in the lobby, we spoke with a member of the cleaning staff who explained he had accidentally triggered the alarm while working. We went back to our room, only for the alarm to sound again ten minutes later. We were told the system was having trouble resetting and would continue to ring until fixed.​I want to stress that we are not looking to get the staff member involved into any trouble; he was very honest with us and we understand that physical accidents happen. However, the lack of a follow-up or apology from the hotel management the next day was disappointing.​This experience severely impacted our trip. Due to the shock and broken sleep, we were exhausted the next day, missing our 9:00 AM start and only leaving the hotel at noon. We were also too tired to enjoy dinner out, forcing us to retire early. Sadly our limited time here was made even more limited.

I DIDN’T LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

This was my second visit to Paris, and I booked this hotel hoping it would be great, but it was a complete disappointment. The room I received was not the same as the photo in the reservation. I was given a ground floor room, and I didn't feel safe at all. Our door wouldn't lock, and on top of that, the toilet was leaking. I went to the lobby on the first day and reported the situation, but I wasn't taken seriously at all. I was told to email hotel management, which I did, but I received no response. I was completely ignored. The staff also had a mocking attitude. As a customer, I spent three nights completely dissatisfied. This is not what you get after paying so much money for this hotel. I will complain everywhere. And as if to mock me, they entered my room without my permission and fixed the plumbing during the day. How could they do this without asking me, especially with my personal belongings inside? I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel location was convenient, but overall my stay was not fully satisfying. The room felt small, cleaning was not done daily or thoroughly, and breakfast often had items missing. Some of the staff could be more attentive to their duties.

The room was not clean and not isolated. Noise from the other room disturbed my sleep, and I could not sleep for the rest of the night.

Location. It was close to my conference.

Room was cozy and had everything we needed. Just the walls felt pretty thin so you could hear noise from other rooms. Overall good tho. Breakfast was awesome - buffet with croissants, eggs, bread, etc

Everything met our expectations. There was nothing to complain about, just the thin walls that Ive already mentioned.

The location is great; it's very easy to walk to the city center.The staff are very friendly.

Since it's an old building, it needs some decoration.

Only cleaned the room the night before we left, checked in an hour late and staff still didn’t know if the room was ready but didn’t check just told us to check ourselves, did not see any staff since checking in, no light in the main bedroom (only light for the bathroom and the separate hallway) so when late or getting ready in the bedroom part of the room it would be dark, overall not worth the money paid for this room.

The aircon could work better but i tend to get really hot anyway so maybe could be perfect for other people

Clean and tidy. Good for instructions to enter property and room. Excellent breakfast.Helpful staff.

Nothing really to dislike. Someone had unplugged TV probably because the TV light lit up the room at night. A pair of trousers over the TV fixed the issue.

Comfortable stay, small safety note

The hotel was good: clean, comfortable, and with nice service. The only problem was that my room had a shared door with another one. I noticed that the guest on the other side tried to open it several times, maybe to check if it was locked. Luckily, I had blocked it with a chair, because otherwise they could have entered by mistake.

Wifi is really weak. Shower has no separation from the room, I would have preferred more privacy, at least some curtains separating bathroom and bedroom

Minimum staff onsite, TV wasn't working, shower gel dispenser was broken and unusableThe room key is a qr code on the phone, not very practical

The staff was really friendly, the code for doors was super smart. Bed was nice. Be obs that some of the rooms was in two stories with the bathroom and entrance below and steep stairs up to the bed. Not a problem for us though.

The walls are paper thin, 2 out of 3 nights I was kept awake by a lady getting what must be the best sex of her life at 2 o'clock at night. Water in the shower is not really hot. Breakfast was just ok. If you can afford it, get a hotel closer to the city to avoid transport.

A perfect stay with a really good price!! Breakfast is what needed before exploring the city! Room was really clean and comfy! Perfect location, very safe and nearby a metro station!

Nothing) would be perfect if room was cleaned every day, but we stayed for 2 days so not nessesary.
