The concierge were amazing! From check-in to checking out, they ensured our needs were met and our service was top-notch.

Restaurant and bar were not great. Breakfast was continental at best and bar ran out of Grey Goose (French vodka!) after day one.

The hotel was very nice, clean, great design. Hotel employee is so nice. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Yes, the young lady who cleaned the room didn't have a friendly stare, which at a 4 star hotel, all guest should be greeted with a smile. We left the room with a do not disturbed sign to come back and found that someone has been in the room.

LOCATION!! Staff¿ both were amazing and staff was very helpfully/accomidating.

Hôtel said I took water from the minibar in room but when I responded I only drank the bottle that had a tag stating it was included they responded with they would look into it. Which they did and refunded the 5¿ . No wash clothes in room.

Decor & rooms are outdated. Overpriced for quality BUT it's close to everything so I guess you have to pay for that.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke and we could hear everything going on in the next room.

The location is perfect, very centric and very accessible to public transportation.

Overall the experience was great, Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was great, good size, I was expecting smaller than it was. The carper was stain with some kind of liquid but that is just being picky.

The location was excelente.

We left a jewelry box in the room and we communicated same day we left but they didn’t find our stuff. It suppose to be a a great hotel but that didn’t say anything good about them.

I liked the Service and Personnel. It is on very good level. Especially thanks to Martin and Paul for their hospitality, professionalism and high level service. Rooms and Beds are comfortable. Location also good.

Rooms are a bit small and washing basin location is in the corridor. Also we did not like the Restaurant "Dos almas" at the Hotel lobby. The welcoming / reception guy was rude (in the evening shift). Breakfast was "ok", not fabulous or very good.

Be carful of your luxury items, this hotel is NOT safe. A luxury item was stolen from my room and the hotel didn’t take the responsibility until I mentioned that I will write a review. But in the end, they compensated me for the price of the item that was stolen. Also it doesn't deserve a 5-star rating.

Great service and care by the hotel employees. They were very welcoming and helped with all inquiries. Very clean room with decent space. Comfortable.

Bathroom sink counter should have more space. Hangers in the bathroom for towels/robes.

Centrally located, felt very safe & the staff were extremely friendly.Facilities are very well kept and the AC worked wonderfully.

Our stay was top notch! The room was equipped with everything you could think of. The service from the attentive staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was of the best we've had. Nothing to fault!
