A fee minor room issues that were taken care of after complaint to management

The hotel was in a horrible low class neighborhood. unless you are looking to stay in the center of all the strip clubs I do not recommend the neighborhood. There were also a bunch of bars and clubs in the neighborhood with screaming the whole night

The hotel staff is great. The hotel is clean throughout. Breakfast is great, but be prepared to be told that you'll have to pay for it although it was included in your room rate.

The location of the hotel. Be careful when trekking a late night stroll. The hotel is not as accessible, there is a set of stairs that have an attached stair lift that is wrapped up. If you are hauling luggage be prepared to carry it up the stairs.

Good hotel. Clean. Room small but functional. Easy access via subway. Easy by subway to hotel from airport.

The size of the room.

This is absolutely not a four star hotel, we were very disappointed. It was old, dated, had a funny smell. No ammenities and decor was basic. Lobby area looks like you are in a hostel. Staff is small and not helpful. We were extremely disappointed.

It was nice simple and clean. Location was great.

I didn't like that it didn't provide a shuttle to and from airport.

Room was very dingy, no sense of welcoming and warmth. I was not comfortable in the neighborhood as a solo traveler. Staff forgot my wake-up call for international flight.

Horrible experience, the hotel is located in an area that doesn't fit families.Also, its rated "4 stars" but I think that is not true, I have been to many "4 stars" hotels in Paris and this one is lower than any one of them. Rooms are clean but very tiny.

Staff was fantastic!!! Every employee we came into contact with went above and beyond to prove exceptional service.

A very small point - the fragrance of the sanitary bin bags was too strong.

Hotel reception (if I remember correctly, her name was Elisa) had a very professional, friendly, and supportive attitude.The hotel location is good, with convenient access to restaurants, markets, and the metro station.

I had an issue with the bed size, the room, and the bathroom, and overall it didn’t feel comfortable.

Good location, close to the underground, cafés, and supermarkets. Very comfortable wide beds, clean rooms, cleaned every day. Personally, I found the breakfasts to be quite sufficient; with a little imagination, you can have a varied breakfast. Overall, we had a very favourable impression of the hotel. We were very satisfied.

The door to the toilet opens in a very strange direction. It took us a day or two to learn how to go in so that the door would close. On the third day of our stay at the hotel, renovations unexpectedly began in the neighbouring room. The builders slammed the door loudly, we heard loud conversations a couple of times, and overall it was sometimes noisy, even though we wanted to relax. That is precisely why I am deducting a point in my assessment.

The hotel was a bit dated but was still nice. The cost was a bit high but comparable with other hotels in the area.

Location is good but surrounded by massage parlours and sex shoppes. Moulin rouge 2 min away.If this doesn't bother you then great.

The staff were super friendly & accommodating. My friends said that these were the comfiest hotel beds they’ve ever stayed in & we are all well travelled! The connecting room exceeded our expectations it was such a perfect place for a girls night in Paris. Especially felt safe with the gated lock

Someone slipped their phone number under our door which could be seen as romantic but I felt a little uncomfortable as I couldn’t tell whether it was staff or guest - it also made me feel a little watched! Oh well
