The service was great..The staff always greated us coming and going..

The location is excellent, but some Ubers/ taxi's would somehow miss the exact spot of our hotel... The body gels the hotel provides are very small...Also the air conditioning seems to be controlled..We would go to bed cool, but wake up warm..

Good location for the metro. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Helpful luggage storage. Skylight window with view of Sacre Coeur.

Tea and coffee is poor quality. Would like a bottle of water per person in the room each day.

The staff was kind, nice and patient, especially Rafik, a rare and special person, pleasant and helpful, really perfect, the hotel is clean and we received everything we asked for before and during our stay, perfect location, very good and inexpensive breakfast, exceptional dining room staff, spacious, clean rooms, Perfect heating and air conditioning Empty mini bar to store things we bought perfect shower, reasonable price compared to Paris, I will always return to this hotel, and thanks again to Rafik :-)

We would have liked a late checkout, although we didn't ask for it, but we didn't see an option, other than that everything was excellent.

Since it's located on the main street and right next to the metro station, you hear the ambulance siren and metro drone from the room.

Great location with approachable staff. Most important: security. We felt safe and well-connected transport-wise. The room had a nice view outside Place de la Republique. I recommend staying in this area if you want to be 20-30 min walk to the touristy areas but still enjoy typical Parisien chambres.

The rooms in the centre are small and that is normal so I recommend packing light for this trip. The keycards are ancient. They should be upgraded to a more secure and modern version.

Elevator too slow, when checking out had to wait 30 min eventually had to drag my suitcase 4 floors downstairs

Right next to a metro station with many lines! Staff were really nice. Rooms are cosy.

You can here people talking from rooms next to you and rooms are a bit outdated. Still best choice for us.

Staff is very nice, everything is super clean, the beds are amazing, and the location is close to pretty much everything without being crowded or touristy (as far as that's possible in a city like Paris).

The adjacent rooms were a little noisy, but we might just have had bad luck with neighbours. There is virtually no noise from the street so that also made the noise from other rooms more audible. Definitely not a deal-breaker!

You could hear the people in neighboring rooms talk, and they did one night even until 2 AM. The walls are like paper.

The location! The area is not too crowded l, and easy to get to other parts of town. The Metro is just right in front of the hotel. Lots of food around! Rafix and all the staffs are so nice and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Sometimes a bit noisy at night and late night room service for adjoining rooms was loud and woke us up.
