Clean, good location, the room had everything needed, safe, a/c, small fridge

Excellent location. Walking distance to Louvre Palais Garnier, Gallerie Lafayette, and Comedie Francaise.

This hotel is located in a great spot! Across the street is a fabulous Italian restaurant, Villa Dondelli, serving the most delicious lunch and dinners. The hotel has a collection of very nice and helpful staff ready to offer directions. We especially enjoyed working with Oleg who patiently helped us get our feet in the right direction as we explored Paris. Room was small but then we were there to explore the city. For the most part, nice air condition and great room service.

The room we had was a very small corner room, not what I was expecting. The walls were not soundproof so we could hear everything from the other side of the wall

Perfect location

While not being bad there is a low effort attitude on many things, inconsistent service by room cleaning, main room door that doesn’t close, staff that doesn’t care.This was a premium price.

Fabulous location, close to subway and buses and walking distance to all the major sites. Really nice front desk staff. Nice to have an elevator for those staying on upper floors. Loved that you handed in your key whenever you left as the front desk is always "manned" so you pick them back up on your way in. No way to lose your room key!

I've stayed in small rooms before. This one was smaller than any of my Tokyo stays. It had everything needed, but you could only access the twin bed by walking sideways. The bathroom was so tight I had to put my forehead on the mirror to spit into the 6x6 inch sink while brushing my teeth. I also had to angle my way around the tiny sink to get onto the toilet. Shower door can't open fully as it hits the toilet.

Room was very well presented; clean and classically french in decor. Bathroom was modern and clean. Wifi was good.Location was excellent with lots of restaurants nearby, close to Opèra station, short walk to Louvre and other attractions.

Bed was super comfortable. Location was perfect, very close to the Opera Garnier & Gallerie Vivienne, and just a few blocks to the Louvre & Tuilleries. Staff was very polite & professional. Room was smaller than I thought it would be and other rooms were so close to mine that late-night noisy "neighbors" were a bit of a problem.

Disappointing

I had high expectations after reading the positive reviews and even filling out the hotel’s pre-check-in questionnaire, but unfortunately the stay was very disappointing.The room looked much nicer in the photos than in reality.Furniture was old and worn out, giving more of a cheap hostel feel than a proper hotel.There was a constant sewage smell, so I had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times.The reception staff were unwelcoming, making faces, and when I asked about the minibar (which I couldn’t find during my four-night stay), the response was: “If you were more curious, you would have found it.” Surely informing guests about amenities is part of the service.Noise isolation was nonexistent, both from the street and from other rooms.The only positive aspect was the location. Everything else was far below expectation.

Front desk was unwelcoming and unpleasant

The person at the front desk was not at all welcoming and on the verge of rude. Being on vacation, I was nothing but pleasant and cheerful so it was disappointing to be treated poorly. My daughter stayed a block or so away, and as a visitor, the front desk at her hotel was very kind and hospitable to us even though we were not patrons. Big difference.

It was cute and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was overpriced!

The location of the hotel was superb.

Some areas of the hotel are dated but the room was nice.

Very convenient location, close to metro station and there are cafes and restaurants near by. Clean room and beds are comfortable. Hallways are narrow and room was bit small for 4 of us, but manageable.

Location was very good

Size of the room was very small. We had a quadruple room for 3 people but there was no space for luggage at all. Room was also very old.

The location is excellent. I walked to most of the sites I wanted to see, or hopped on the Metro - there are several lines nearby. While the room was typical Parisian size, the bed was larger than I expected and comfortable - I slept very well! I had a lot of luggage, so the lift was a major bonus.

There was some kind of ventilation issue going on at the building across the street that was a bit noisy. There is very little soundproofing, and I could hear everything in the hallway.I’m not a fan of leaving my key at the desk when I leave for the day, but that’s not a big deal.

The location was great for easy access to metro and key areas of Paris in walking distance. The hotel had a lift, small but faster than I've experienced elsewhere in Paris! It was clean and the service was friendly

The rooms are a bit compact so difficult to maneuver if you have any luggage really so for a day or two it's ok but maybe not great for larger group or where lots of luggage. But we were just there for a night as part of a weekend trip so wasn't a big issue for us. Also would be good to have lotion in amenities.

I liked the size of the room, and the comfort.

I would have liked a room away from the elevator.
