Very nice night receptionist. Room was really cleaned, big enough for two. Nice neighborhood.

Nothing, perfect.

Excellent location, near Le Marais and near many restaurants. Spacious room and bathroom. Has elevator and the staff is very friendly. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

Location

In the morning at 8:00 the fire alarm went off and nobody did anything or even explained that it was a false alarm. Also I had to pay twice for the room. After booking a room on the website, the deposit like for the night is frozen and took on the card and you are forced to pay for the room also directly at the hotel. Totally, you pay twice for one night. The deposit paid has not been returned me back yet

Location is too loud

Good location, close to transport links and lively area. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Value for money considering the location.

The hold that was placed on my card was deducted before I arrived and I then had to pay on arrival, so I was effectively charged double the cost of the room and am still waiting for the ‘hold’ funds to return to my account. The shower was tiny but useable.

The hotel is clean and in an excellent location. All the must-see places in Paris can be reached on foot. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Any recommendation. We would come back again.

it was nice location and very cleanall the stuff was excellent except the guy at check in

the guy at the reception when i arrived was very rude and he make me a problem with the payment. he didn't accept payment with the card from my mobile phone, he asked me for a physical card that I don't have, or cash. the reservation had been made with my card through booking and he was telling me that he could not take the money from there. I explained to him that nothing like that is mentioned on the website and that it is not my problem that there is no system that accepts payment by mobile phone. after a long time he took the money from the booking… it was a very bad way to start my visit in Paris

Excellent location, comfy, clean

I couldn’t stay more than 3 hours in the room.

The room is suffocating and if open the window, the whole noise of the street enters the room.

The location is brilliant . Plenty of options for bars and restaurants. The Bastille metro stop has a few lines so you have a lot of options to get around Paris easily. The street was very quiet considering it's in a busy area and off a main street.

Ideal base for discovering Paris. Situated on a quiet street and a few minutes walk from the Bastille Metro and close to Rue De La Roquette with its many popular cafés, restaurants, shops, etc.Hotel staff friendly and accommodating; rooms clean and comfortable with tea/ coffee making facilities. Continental breakfast is well worth the extra payment.

They're refurbishing so the new rooms looks quite nice!

Steps between bed and toilet, i forgot there were steps on the first night and fell while walking in the dark to the toilet and bruised my knees. Must have sensor lights or reflectors on step for when is dark.Giving the key to the reception every time you go out is a little annoying, with so many hotels doing self-check in and automated receptions this hotel seems to be a little behind on how things are handled in hotels currently.

Location, cleaningness, bed was comfortable as well. Location was really good , restaurants and coffe shpps and Metros minutes around or main shops as well and for the price. Maybe because it was Fashion week it was a bit more than expected for a 2 star. But I genuinely liked everything.I will most likely come again whenever I need to come to Paris

The curtainsIf you pulled to much to either side it wouldn’t cover all the window because it wasn’t fully streched so we had to get each edge and then with the chair make it “ stick “ to the wallOther than that, everything was perfect and comfortable

First room 41 smelled like sewage. Then room 22 was so loud both. If hrs I was not able to sleep
