Convenient to Gard du Nord. Clean and cute room, friendly staff.

Great location near a public transit line.

Narrow hallways on floors near stairs that seemed a bit dangerous with luggage. Also, the star rating was inflated. My room had a bad odor and lacked what I would anticipate for its star rating. For a short stay, it's ok I guess.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Old mattress, a toilet with no space to sit, water stopped in the middle of shower, the room door dose’t close properly, cheap, small towels, badly chipped drinking glass, bad lightning, old, neglected room decor/ walls/ floo

The staff & location were what we loved most about this quaint property. If you want the traditional "American" 4-star experience, you'll be disappointed because it is not a large & sprawling, chain property. It's lovely, unique, & quintessential Europe.

LOL, I have to say, the shower is great, but the bathrooms are tiny!

Location, location, location! The staff cleaned our room so well and it feels good returning from a long tiring walk and sight seeing of the city. I believe they iron the bed sheets all the time! Not a wrinkle!

When we checked in, we waited for quite awhile for someone to show up. We did not see a single worker in the lobby (restaurant, bar, front desk). I worried about our safety because anyone can just storm in and go up in the rooms.

no shower, just a hand held spray thing. Your website said a 4 star hotel was like Hyatt Regency, Westin, Marriott. This was a little "hole in the wall" with a single clerk sitting at a small desk. Not at all like I pictured.

Hotel common areas and room need renovation.A/C didn't worked properly in the room.No privacy between the room and the bathroom. Not a 4 star hotel.

Great location and amazing staff!

A "true" Parisian hotel with a very cozy vibe and nice interior. Location is great, right at the metro station, but there's also plenty of restaurants around and Gare du Nord is walkable distance. Our room had windows to the courtyard so it was quiet in that regard.The absolute best thing is the hotel cat who's very friendly and will come sit with you while you're having breakfast ?

The only thing to complain is that the walls are thin so you can hear everything that goes on in the hallways, but then again, it's a characteristic of many old buildings in Paris.

The hotel itself and the rooms are very beautiful, charming and clean. The bar in the lobby is also a nice touch where we liked to spend time during our stay and the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us tips on places we should visit. Lovely location and definitely would return.

Bathroom is a bit awkward as there is no privacy, have to sit or lay in tub to shower otherwise water gets everywhere

A hidden gem in a fantastic location, very quiet and cozy but easily accessible to all of the city’s sights.

My room had a bit of a weird smell in the bathroom, otherwise it was perfect.

Minor nitpick is the shower. I wish the shower head was more adjustable

Lamp broke, wouldn't replace it, couldn't get a blanket or sheet, knees hit the wall when on toilet, ran out of hot water, for $300 per night ...shitty

The place is clean.

The bathroom has no shower curtain and the shower is hand held it a hassle to take a shower holding on to the shower hose.

I loved the old school room key and the friendly cat at reception. The AC was a lifesaver, I slept very well.

Great location especially for Gare du Nord/Eurostar. Rooms and decor have lots of charm and character. Helpful/friends staff - reception resolved an issue at check-in very quickly which was much appreciated

Some interiors/features are a little more worn than the pictures show but still in decent condition It can’t be helped but walls are fairly thin so can be noisy if you have loud neighbours

Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the cute cat helping out in the lobby. Very cute place and my room had a nice view of the park across the way. I loved the old time feel of the building without it feeling too outdated. Location was perfect! Just a short walk from the train station and pretty central to a lot of other things to do and see.

I was in a single room, so I expected it to be small, but the shower stall was much smaller than I'd hoped. No matter what I did, there was no way to keep the water from leaking on to the bathroom floor. Design error and not on the hotel. For how tiny the room was (I know it was a single), I think the price was a bit hefty.
