Clean, modern, very accessible with public transportation hotel, unbeatable price, incl. breakfast) for Paris. Friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Surrounded by greenery.

Sparsely decorated smallish rooms and smaller bathrooms. Noise from the occasional slammed doors and from people in high heels walking above us.

Good size room and good location for what you're paying. Breakfast was very nice as well.

bathroom was a little small. Toilet seat right next to the shower so... the toilet seat would get wet when you shower. No big deal.

I like the room as it was spacious and the view from our window was nice as it was facing the park. The hotel location was close to a bus stop (184) and a 5 minute walk to Porte d'italie train station and a 10 minute walk to metro Maison Blanche (Line 14) which will take you to gare de Lyon.

For some reason, they designed the bathroom in a very inconvenient manner which in contrast to the huge space of the whole bedroom. The shower area is only separated with a shower curtain. Too small of a space that only a small person can fit comfortably but still makes the water splash all over the floor.

The bed was comfortable

No sence of service , breakfast poor and short though you are within the time limit,many things ard missing and you have to run aftef the staff.Nathroom and shower , if you dont know what is kellerman, stay away.As we arrived very late at night ,we annouced of cheking out in the morning 'cause the plave doesnt meet our needs.The redponce of the reception klerck was that management is not working during weekend ,and there is no autorisation to refund.If we did not show up , i would be charged for one night only.Very bad expetiance for us.

The hotel’s location is excellent — close to two train stations, which is super convenient when traveling with luggage. They allow guests to store bags before check-in and after check-out (until 8pm for safety reasons). The room was a decent size, and breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety.

The washroom was quite small, making showers a bit tricky, and check-out at 10:00am felt a little too early.

Location is the best thing - very near to the metro, also tram and buses. It is even possible to go on foot to the city center. Breakfast was completely fine. The beds were comfortable. They were cleaning every day. The bathroom is small - like in a camper but it wasn't a problem for us and we knew it beforehand from the pictures.

I think the staff might be a little bit more communicative, a greeting from the reception is always nice. Also as we departed very early the receptionist have promised to prepare us a package with the breakfast but in reality it didn't happen - they just said that the people from the restaurant didn't give them one.

The location, room size and staff were excellent. Especially at front desk Mr. Antonin was very helpful, and he always remained at step ahead in providing full support and guidance with a smile on his face.

Bath size was surprising to me, it was very small like train bath around 4ft by 3ft size in which there was toilet, wash basin and shower area. It was an experience for me too.

I liked the location, the room and the breakfast.

I disliked that some of the information on booking.com was not syncronised with the hotel's conditions disclosed upon arrival (like check out time). Also, the automatic message saying goodbye and asking for rating my stay arrived before I reached the hotel, which is not a very big deal, but it gives unnecessary doubt and is unprofessional. Else all was good, I recommend it!

The hotel has good vibes and nature is all around. Great value for money and I like the rooms sizes. There is a window with a view which is great. The breakfast is also good.Overall, great value for money.They have good quality of shampoo too.Nature is all around.5 min to metro station.Few min to carefour.

No water in the room but you can buy from the machine on the ground floor. Nothing else to mention.

Beds were comfortable, they tidy the room and there was breakfast everyday.

The cabin bathroom, there should be an extra towel when you go down the bathroom because everything gets wet.

Except the location & breakfast, everything was really bad!

Hope this will be read! Firstly I would like to report on the lady who is in the reception, how can someone be that rude & arrogant? I paid for the stay, I am not coming to stay free at the property! Car parking is not there I am OK to park outside, Early check-in is not possible they said I am OK so went on time, Fans were not provided when the temp was 33+ still I am OK...but the way the staff responded & behaved I am NOT OK. I was reversing my car after dropping my family to park outside & that lady in reception ran outside & started shouting on us saying no parking(well I am not parking). Check-in is at 2, they gave only 1/2 rooms on time & the other room was handed over after 1.5 hrs. When the same was questioned by my wife the reception lady was frustrated to call her STUPID. Ideally we should get frustrated with everything happened at the stay. With all due respect & dignity we choose to stay silent, not just because we are easy...we don't want to deal with your stupidity! I travelled about 20+ countries, but this place & people are just horrible!

Breakfast and food in general was okay, nothing that great. Location was fine.

The rooms are very small, dingy, insufficient lighting, very claustrophobic, very uncomfortable without Aircon or fan or cooler in this kind of weather, horrible stay experience

Even though I only stayed from 3 AM to 7 AM due to a delayed flight, I appreciated how clean the hotel was and how easy it was to check in at such a late hour. One of the staff members was very kind and stored my luggage for free for two days, which I really appreciated. That was a big help and made things easier during my travel. The luggage room was convenient and felt secure, even though I noticed one zipper on my bag was left open (nothing was taken

Unfortunately, the location was a big mistake on my part—it was over an hour away from the train I needed to catch. The breakfast area was overcrowded with children (it seems to cater mostly to student groups), so I had to stand and drink my coffee. When I returned to collect my luggage, the staff on duty were not very helpful or welcoming. They didn’t ask for my name or any ID before giving me access to the storage room, which felt very unsafe. Communication overall could have been better.

Buffet breakfast was good, just did not have hot food. Location was a bit far from centre, but be fair if compared the price with hotels in the centre. It took around 30 mins, one metro line to reach centre.

Size of the bathroom was really a issue, quite small. And there was not even a cup in the room for brushing the teeth. I noticed that there was a note showing that the hotel wasted lots of cup, that was why they stopped providing paper cups. But a glass cup would be a good help.

Breakfast was good

Few more amenities should be available. Like an empty glass in the room for water. Microwave facility in the hotel.

However, bathroom is very small. Unable to shower or wash your hands properly.

Good value for money in an expensive city. Close to metro in a nice area that I would be happy to walk around alone at night. Lots of green areas. Varied breakfast choices. Supermarkets and bakeries close by. (NB This is a budget conscious hotel which suited my needs perfectly but might not be for everyone).

The cabin bathroom might not suit everyone - typical on ferry ships and a hotel I had stayed in, in Copenhagen. WiFi in our room kept cutting out but worked fine in communal areas. We had an end room so that was likely a factor.

The hotel met our expectations, practical, clean, safe, in a very good location and easy to find.... I definitely recommend this hotel.
