Staff, location.

We longed for two comfortable chairs and at least one free cleaing for a 6 night stay!

The hotel is perfectly located and was ideal for our needs. It’s in a charming location near great restaurants, shopping, and transportation. We’d stay there again.

Nothing to really complain about, but little to commend it either. I appreciate that Paris is Paris, and that the olympics were on, but it is one of the most expensive hotels I’ve ever stayed in and it certainly doesn’t command the price.

Nothing, it was a bad property & doesnt deserve the rating it has.

Lift was not working, size of Bed was too small, Linens were worn out & were of sub standard quality.

Been here a couple of times. Apartment is basic and functional, good location, near trasports and supermarket. About 20 min walking distance from Le Marais. Super boulangerie down the road.

Location, independent heating controls, lovely staff, quiet sound proof room.

Minor repairs, light bulbs, fridge, seem to only get repaired once a week.

Always our first choice if available at a fair price. Great area for restaurants, good transport links, and overlooks the Paris Highline, which is a great place for a stroll and in my opinion much less touristy than the one in New York. Lovely people working at the hotel,; so friendly and helpful.

The equipment of the room was extremely basic and the towels very thin. Breakfast reduced to a minimum.

Conveniently located near Bastille. Quieter residential area. Local restaurants are not touristy. Had a very small kitchenette so we did our own breakfast and some simple evening meals. Supermarket near by. Ask for an upper room with a view of the viaduct if possible. Simple clean room. Very basic. Only suitable for two people max. No room for a small cot.

The room was very very small. We did not have room to have two suitcases open at the same time.

Location, value for money, clean.

Small rooms

The aparthotel is in a quiet road off the main route between Bastille and Gare du Lyon. It's close to two major metro stops and has plenty of restaurants nearby. As such, it's a good location for people traveling to Paris who want a (small) kitchen and fridge in their room. Free water and coffee are available in the public area. The lady running the hotel was a delight to deal with.

The rooms are quite small and a little dated, especially the bathroom. Some investment might be done to upgrade the rooms. That being said, the bathroom is perfectly functional and has a good shower.

It was an ideal location - only a short walk from the Metro & also from Gare de Lyon.Close to lots of eating places around Bastille.Promenade Plantée literally at end of the road, which was fantastic! We had breakfast at the hotel - simple but good quality buffet. Coffee machine and juices. Comfortable bed and decent shower in the bathroom.

It was an excellent location, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom large and clean. Staff at front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. It felt very safe and secure.

The electric installations may need an overhall. The hotplate had to be re-booted on the first day, the kitchen area lamp switch didn't always work first time, and sometime on our last night all the electricity went.

No air conditioner

Very good breakfast, if you like croissants. In case you don't like them, don't go to Paris! :-)A very helpful service is the soda stream in the breakfast room!Very friendly and sympathetic staff! Gonna return for sure!
