Royal Garden Champs Elysees

Second time ive stay with the royal garden champs elysees and it was just as lovely as the first time. I lived the spacious room, the friendly knowledgeable staff and the location to all the best restaurants.

The staff at Royal Garden were excellent and very attentive. The location is fabulous and close to lots of lovely cafes.

The property is tired and unfortunately the photos on booking.com do not reflect the hotel itself. Our room did not meet 4 star standard. We were unhappy with one or two things and the manager was very accommodating.

The bathroom tiles are old and stained and need a revamp to match the room. Quite a walk from the closest metro station but there is a bus stop not far from the hotel

Far from 4 stars hotel standards. Outdated bathrooms. Overall furnishing cheap and not perfectly maintained.Parking very narrow and poorly indicated.

I liked the location. Thats it.

It took us one hour to check in.The room is very small.Furniture is not well put together.Tv was not working.Toilet is separated from shower.bathroom is 2m by 1m it was very very small.No room service.Telephone not working. Could not order anything to room. Even water or dental kits or anything could not get.

The location was great and the staff was friendly. Being able to have the includes breakfast delivered to our room was super convenient and the food was delicious.

We chose this property because it offered two bedrooms and two bathrooms, however according to American standards it was a bathroom with a water closet and the water closet was tiny and claustrophobic. We also chose this property because it came with a terrace, which actually was a balcony that over looked an alley. My girls were very disappointed that there view in Paris was a wall, as was I.

The staff was very bad they are lying everything and told us that the problem is booking not hotel staff very rude and lying money they want to take more money ,don’t stay here they are stoleing your money and they show me room it’s not same as photo very bad hotel

My room was really like apartment

They charge me for the city fee twice and didn’t refund me because they say we couldn’t find the payment process even I sent the payment from my bank account. Unfortunately and it’s not fair

We were upgraded on arrival. We needed an extra night unexpectedly and were afforded the same quality room. Staff were extremely helpful and really nice.

Beautiful interior and balcony room had a glimpse of the eiffel tower which we didnt expect. Staff were friendly and did their best to get the room available early for us.

Bathroom didnt have ventilation and building exterior is a little dated.

The hotel is perfectly located near the Champs-Élysées, making it ideal for discovering Paris. We stayed 7 nights and everything was excellent from start to finish.The staff kindly upgraded us to a suite, which made our stay even more special. The suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.A huge thank you to the wonderful team, especially Said and Nadia, for their warmth, professionalism, and constant support.We will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

I really liked it, first time in that hotel (got upgraded) and I will likely come again. The major positive things are the location, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the overall style, especially the breakfast room, is chic

Some people will say some equipment is outdated, for me it was not an issue

Clean, warm room, great staff, convenient location and a charm to the property for a stay in Paris but do take note this is an old school property and not a modern style place. I had some post stay issues which the property took the effort to reply and resolve so that definitely is a plus for them. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Location and staff were great. It was the first time staying in the 8 th, and it was close to all the Christmas lights on the Champes Elyse.

The bathroom was funky, a very tall tub to step over to get in the shower, and the toilet was in another area far from bedroom

Lovely clean room.very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Great location. Would recommend the hotel to friends.
